I feel the same. One more thing; this team was a 3-4 d last year and we have switched to a 4-3 along with 2 new De's, a rookie at one cb and 2nd yr guy at the other, and Moats is new to the starting lineup. We will get better as the season progresses. I think by the end of the season, we'll be liking what we see. I hope it starts against SF.

I'm just glad I got the Sunday Ticket for free this year. Who would want to pay for that performance? If you want to call it a performance.

Too bad the cliff isn't alot higher...

I get your point. If it came across that way, my apologies. Not against critsism of me or the Bills. But if you say "That's it, I'm done with this team" then leave. The links provided were meant to help them on their way. Again, my apologies to anyone who took it any other way. -

Ive been a fan long enough to have cried when we traded OJ to San Fran. So I have some perspective here.I remember Bobby Chandler(Still my fav. Bills WR). Phil Viliipiano. J. Fergy. And you're right, people can complain. Hell, I do. If you read my post and understood it, you would have noticed I was referring to the people that say "I'm done with this team" and then jump back on after a win. So, yes people can complain all they want. I'm complaining to. Like you, I will support my team and have no problem with people that don't want to be fans of the Bills anymore. I was just trying to help them "LEAVE". One more thing: I am not Holier than anyone else, trust me on that one. You missed the point, dude. Complain all you want, they deserve it, big time. This was intended for the "Cliff jumpers". Just trying to give that little "push" it might take for them to actually "jump". Quit talking of leaving and LEAVE. That was the point. Go it?! This is the third reply to tell some of you this was for the "CLIFF JUMPERS". Read the f*&king post completely. This was for the people that say they will GTFO. I am just providing links for them to JUMP TO. Some of you guys are ridiculous. And if anyone else can post a negative post, why can't I? SOMEONE GO IT, Thanks. This was strictly for the CLIFF JUMPERS. You know who you are. -

This way all you guys jumping off this cliff would stay away. You know who you are. Mr." I'm totally done with this team" or Mr. " I can't wait for this team to move", or Mr. "I can't wait for Ralph to die". Man I wish that cliff was at least as tall as the Falls. Go ahead and jump if you say you are. I'll even help you out: see the links provided and goodbye. http://www.patriots.com/ http://www.newyorkjets.com/ http://www.miamidolphins.com/

Where in the NFL is Roscoe P ??
HerdMenatlity1 replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Maybe I'm just moody today, but why so personal with Roscoe? Starting position in isle 12?!? Then you call him an idiot?! When healthy he brought some good things to the table. Pretty good in the slot and a pretty good returner. Just don't understand the name-calling on someone you don't know. As for the isle 12 reference, are you going to be his manager?!? Pretty sure he made more in 4 yrs than you will in 15. He'll be on isle 12 waiting for you to clean up the spill he caused. What the F$(K!!! -
Maybe it was Ramius, but I live in Tallahassee and watched him punt for the Noles and thought he was pretty good at the directional punt. Hope it works out.

Cowboys v. Bucs: Kneeldown scenario?
HerdMenatlity1 replied to l< j's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Why are you discussing kneeldowns when the game has been decided? Shciano specifically said if they are down by more than 1 score, he wouldn't do it. If it's one score they are down by, then yes he would do it. I thought it was bush-league when Marino faked the spike but he didn't get any crap about it.He should have. Schiano's move was well within the rules and just caught the Gmen off guard. If they are only down by a TD or less, I have no problem with it. Unwritten rule my ass.Tell that to Marino. And wannabe tough guys are usually behind a keyboard calling others wannabe tough guys(I'm not calling you a wannabe tough guy, for that would make me a wannabe tough guy). -

On fitz' shoulders? Based on what? We are 1-1 and he played good in our victory. What if we don't make the playoffs but Fitz plays lights out ? We blame Fitz?! I think there is a correlation. I haven't bought a jersey in 8 yrs. Now I think I will buy a 99 jersey. I was not going to wear the jersey of some scrub on our team like we had 3-4 yrs ago. Most of the games are sold out because they are the cheapest in the NFL. Once the team is bought and loans have to be paid, ticket prices will go up. When this happens, the sellouts will be less frequent when the team is no good vs. plenty of sellouts when the team is a contender. jmo -

Based on his track record with Buff and SD in his previous stints,I was happy when we hired Nix. He knows what he's doing. Here's what he did from 93-2000: http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/104391-buddy-nixs-bills-draft-history-sort-of-1993-2000/ See the next link for some of his highlights with SD: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buddy_Nix I know SD didn't win a SB, but I would take their record and drafts vs. ours while he was in SD. Pro Bowl players, and playoffs with a decent chance at a SB. I think we are being built the right way to be good for a while. Enjoy it cuz it's cyclical. -

Please tell me you're just playing Devil's Advocate. DJ had his team in place the last 2 yrs. He should have a better record for those two years. No?!?! Nix and Chan spent their first 2 yrs tearing apart that POS team we had. It would stand to reason Dj would have a better record for that 2 yr span. -

Andy Dalton started out hot last year, but...
HerdMenatlity1 replied to HerdMenatlity1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He started out 6-2 last year, but is 3-7 since. I still don't see him as our savior as some suggest strongly on this site if we had drafted him. Thoughts?!?!? I tried to give a link but couldn't so I copied and pasted from rtsport.com. "Cincinnati Bengals QB Andy Dalton started off his NFL career by winning six of his first eight games. However, he is 3-7 since, including a loss in the AFC Wild Card game. During the past 10 starts, Dalton has completed just 56.5 percent of his passes for 2,180 yards, eight touchdowns and 10 interceptions. His passer rating during that 10-game span is a rather marginal 71.6." -

What is the average age of the posters on TBD?
HerdMenatlity1 replied to Dragonborn10's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
45 yrs old. Left Buffalo after the SB loss to the Skins(moved to Florida). First game I can remember was a game vs. the Dolphins 83 or 84 maybe. As me and some friends were in traffic heading to the game, a limo pulled up beside us and a Dolphin fan with a zz top beard pops his head out of the sunroof with a bottle of champaign and a really BIG doobey(no joke). He had a Marino jersey and was screaming out of the sunroof that the dolphins were going to kick our ass. We smoked them that game and at one point it seemed all 80k fans were pointing and yelling "ass-hole" in unison at one person. Yep, it was that guy from the limo being escorted out of the stadium by security. I also remember a game where once we took the lead in a low scoring game, the sky opened up and the snow started coming down. The whole stadium started singing in unison "Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow" and throwing snowballs around the stadium. Pretty sure it was the same game. The Phins crossed the 50 yd line maybe once. One more thing, I cried when we traded OJ to San. Fran. -

I wanted Flutie to start, but didn't Rob lead us to the "game winning" field goal. Wade didn't leave too much time on the clock, the ST didn't do their job. I still think it was a foward pass, but too close to overturn. -
Rodney Harrison: Mario Will Never Win In Buffalo
HerdMenatlity1 replied to Coach Tuesday's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yea, he's wrong. Who says we accept losing, horrid decision making and excuses? -
Considering Peyton didn't want to play here, why the dumb question? Let's say you get 100% Peyton on this poll, so what?!?!? Hey Bills fans, next dumb question: Would you rather have Drew Brees or Fitz? And please don't ask for a link to prove Peyton didn't want to come to Buffalo. The point is, this is a dumb question/poll. IMO.
