    I would take luck over any qb we've had in the last 10-15,maybe 20-25 yrs. That team is a no talent piece of crap. He can't throw it and catch it, he can't hand it off and block at the same time. Even Elway needed an actual team around him to win consistently. I'll take luck any day.

    Met Bruce at a bar and I was wearing the Bruce Smith sneakers he had out at the time "Bad things". He noticed them, said thanks for the support and bought me a drink. Shook my hand and went on his merry way. Back then you were didn't have the cameras in phones like today, so no pics.

    Couldn't watch the game yesterday. I know during the preseason games there were threads on who helped and who hurt themselves with regard to making the final roster. Anyone care to give a write-up? I hear Hughes was solid. Thanks.

    10-6 Defense plays better, not great. Offense surprises. Hope it's enough to make the playoffs.

    Wondering if they don't trust the pec to not totally tear pretty soon. He is older and I know us older folks don't heal as quick and are susceptible to re-injuries.
