  1. What's your issue?! Didn't miss a simple thing like that. My reply to you was that you wasted time even replying to my post. As for my handle being apt, very original, never heard that one before. Now go back to putting your hands back down your shorts. Scratch and sniff.
  2. Wasted valuable seconds replying to this.
  3. Houston signs him at a discount. We use the savings to help sign Clowny, who signs his franchise tag contract knowing we're trading for him. We try him for a year and re-sign him if it works out. If it doesn't, still worth the gamble. Beane is the man.
  4. Hoping Singletary starts and stays healthy. This is risky to me but...I trust the process. ?
  5. Live in Tallahassee and woke up to good news. Still, prayers to those in the path. Edit: I worked for FDEM during the 04-05 hurricane seasons and I've learned the projected path could change again by tomorrow. My generator is good to go, plenty of gas and plenty of chef boyardee. To anyone in the path, take care of yourself 1st. Most material things can be replaced.
  6. Too old to be making that much $. If we were shopping him, and it looks like we were, any interested team figured we'd release him. Now they can sign him cheaper and no loss of draft picks.
  7. Singletary is still a fa in my ff league. Gotta go guys. Picking him up right now.
  8. If I were a dolphin fan, I would want to keep Tunsil over getting Clowney. With all that cap space next year and draft picks, I rebuild the line around Tunsil. I would also treat this year as Rosen's rookie year. He sits until week 8 or 9, then finishes out the season. He can learn a lot from watching Fitz.
  9. As much as I want to, I really can't argue with your assessment. Let's revisit this after 10 games.
  10. I really haven't payed attention, but does he play ST too?
  11. Steve Christie for me. I also wish we could have held onto Dustin Hopkins, but Carpenter really outdid himself for a couple of years. Having said this, Hauschka is going to have a good year. He was dealing with an injury last year.
  12. Double check discount.
  13. Danica seems more his type/style.
  14. Nope. The only team I've ever switched from was the Knicks. Any basketball fan understands that one.
  15. That's it, my kid is playing Fortnite! This is embarrassing, he should be kicked in the nuts.
  16. According to overthecap.com, the Pats have 16 mil in cap space this year. They are projected to have 45 mil next year. They could swoop in next year with that projection.
  17. Tough one. Good luck this year.
  18. He doesn't need to go job hunting, he can open his own firm. Dammit man, I picked TY Hilton in my FF draft!
  19. Not a hater or doubter but, when I heard his name called for our draft pick, my initial reaction was "WTH?!". Having said this, I like the progress Iv'e seen in Josh and his attitude. I don't wish for injuries, but the injury he suffered may have been a blessing in disguise. He was able to sit back and take stock in what he WAS seeing out on the field and see it from a different point of view. The game did seem to slow down for him when he returned. Having a full off-season to get stronger and work on his mechanics alone should help. Having what seems to be an improved cast around him should also help. I think it was between us and the Cards as to who had the worst cast on offense, from O-line to WR and TE. I think we are head and shoulders better than last year as far as offensive personnel. I think it's more fair to judge his performance this year. It still might take a few games though. A new o-line, new WRs and TEs. Once we start gelling, I think we'll be a team to reckon with.
  20. Living in Florida, I like the hat coach is wearing to go golfing. Thought it might hinder my game, then I thought even further, I suck anyway. Can't hurt.
  21. bears colts chiefs rams vikes pats saints eagles hawks Baker played better than Allen. I have the browns as a push, a slight push with them being better that the Bills. Dear Bills, I hope you go out and prove me wrong.
  22. I think Dak getting a big contract is a mistake. 30 mil?! nah.
  23. So, your statement brought a trade option to me. Why not trade Shady to Dallas, along with a 2nd or 3rd for Elliot. We sign him to a contract where we can let him go after year 3(when Allen is due)? With the revamped line and upgraded wr group, this is a guy who would be way more productive than Shady. Shady might have Value to Dallas, based on them having, arguably the best o line. I don't think Dallas bites, but it might be worth a shot. You know, kick the tires. Just a thought.
  24. Beat me to it. Damn.
