  1. If a team only goes as far at their QB, Da' Bears aren't going far.
  2. I thought there was a mandate by Brady to lighten up on the flags?!
  3. Saw Faith in concert, I miss her too.
  4. The Monday night football song is cool, but Hank Jr. is no Carrie Underwood. WOWZA!!!
  5. I think Lurker did a good job of explaining this a few posts ago. I've got film of a practice squad player at DT just blowing it up, sure it's only one play but he should've been given a chance over Harry, even though the coaching staff doesn't agree. Harry wasn't doing enough for this 3-0 team. He should have been replaced by this practice squad player all along! Hmmm, sounds familiar. Edit: Yolo, I'm not saying this to say you are saying this.
  6. I posted this in another thread and whatdrought noticed that might be Cordy Glenn looking in awe!
  7. Come to think of it... I think so. Even better!
  8. Take a look at the guy in the Bengals Jacket!
  9. You win with heart, but you gotta have BALLS!
  10. I think the old adage was play for a tie at home and a win on the road, but I voted go for the TD.
  11. Alcohol seems to bring out the "cocky" in a lot of folks.
  12. Simple, he was trying to fool everyone.
  13. Would be interesting to track 1st half penalties vs. late game penalties. Maybe I'm a homer, but it always seems once the game is in control for the Pats, they get a random call or two so that the calls kinda even out. "see, we called our fair share against the Pats"
  14. Scott Van Pelt called him a wild hippopotamus out there.?
  15. Does he know something about the character of his team that we don't? They really acted like punks after the Titans whupping. Say "thank you", after the td.
  16. Interesting response by Kitchens to reporters. I'll paraphrase: "Blame me, not the players. I can take it. Blame me." What!?!?
  17. Let's see if the Brownies interview better after this loss. I do think they'll play better, but they have a tough few games coming up. As a Bills fan, I hope they lose their share. Helps us.
  18. I hate every AFC team that's not the Bills. They're in our way.
  19. Baker sure does have a lot of commercials for someone who hasn't done much yet.
  20. His run blocking is pretty good so far too.
  21. On Zay Jones not being good enough, that pass in the Giants game should have been a TD, but the throw was off. We all saw a potential TD today not thrown where it should have been. Zay is fine. And good enough. I didn't say he's a #1,but that should have been 2 tds in 3 games and the catch in game 1 on the game winning td. Hey, if we can get a better option, great but he's not playing bad.
  22. It's never a bad idea to add talent but, I think it's too early to tell. Except for Josh, Dion and Zay, everyone else is new to this team. I'm willing to give them more than 3 games to gel.
  23. I know the OP is going back 36 games, but I'm more interested in Josh and his abilities as a QB. Not really thinking about Tyrod/Peterman in 2017. Having said this, it's not really a surprise we didn't hit 300 yds last year. We had one of the worst o-lines in the league last year to go with Peterman, Barkley, Anderson and a rookie. Arizona and Houston may be in the running, but we were bottom 3 in o-line talent/performance. Throw in one of the worst WR corps in the league and that's a recipe for sub 300 yd games. This year, we are breaking in a new o-line, WR corp and RB stable. Did I mention all new Te's? I mean, we have Josh, Zay and Dawkins back from last year's starters. We're in week 3. It's gonna take a little time for a whole new offensive unit to gel. To be 3-0 with this scenario is amazing, I don't care who we played. I know this can be seen as bunch of excuses to not reach 300 yds passing, but I see them as reasons. I have no doubt we will improve offensively as the season progresses. In the meantime, I'm loving the hell out of the season so far.
