I'm thinking if we kick their ass on Thursday, Jerry might very well let him go. Jerry is pretty pissed and made it clear he thought the coaching was the biggest issue. That last FG by Dallas was ridiculous. They would still need a TD to win it. They should have planned to go for it on 4th down. If they had, the previous plays would/should have been different. Jerry is still pissed about the Jets loss too and I get the feeling he thinks we are inferior to them too. It'll be interesting if we beat them and Garrett makes another boneheaded decision or two.

If our staff is good with signing Norman, I'm all in. I trust them. Sure he got paid, but players wanna win. I believe the Skins situation is part of his decline. You give your all and notice the franchise doesn't know what it's doing(ex. some wanted Haskins, some didn't. Trent Williams fiasco), you kinda question why you're there. We seem to know what we're doing and there should be a level of trust both ways. He wouldn't have to be "The Man" on our defense. I think he would compliment White and the rest of the D just fine. Beane knows what he's doing in relation to the cap. If Norman is brought in, it wouldn't jeopardize our cap situation. He reminds me of Richard Sherman. Up there in age, but can still contribute a lot in the right situation.

If Josh was the turnover machine he was in the 1st half of the season, NE wouldn't have the same record. Brady on the Bills with a really good defense is comparable to what he has now. Easy schedule and a defense that keeps you in games. Bills would beat who they should and pull out at least 1 win vs Browns, Eagles and Pats with Brady. Better record than we have now.
