  1. On this board you do. SMH. Wouldn't hate it.
  2. As ed_formerly_of_roch mentioned, if your internet service is crap, it doesn't matter what app you use. Having said this, I cut the DTV chord years ago and switched to comcast bundle of internet and cable. Then the price seemed too high for what I was getting. I cut cable and now use Comcast internet only and purchased a "jail broken" firestick. Came with Sunday Ticket for free. Also get MLB for free(go Yankees!). Again, it's a mute point if your internet is crap. Good luck.
  3. Is this is one of those "letter of the law vs. the spirit of the law" things?
  4. I normally don't joke about mental issues, but that was funny. Good one!
  5. I felt that way about flowers...until Merlin Olsen.
  6. Gonna be nice to have him back.
  7. So, some of you want to replace Star with someone who contemplated retirement and now says he'll "try" to play one more year, after an injury plagued year. ?. This Star hatred is ridiculous. Like it or not, saw it or not, he anchored our dline last year. Stop it already. https://www.freep.com/story/sports/nfl/lions/2020/02/20/detroit-lions-release-dt-damon-harrison-retirement/4826150002/
  8. 1st attempt at a poll. 2018: I looked at the list of drafted players and it made sense to only include these 2 players. Harrison would have definitely made the list if not for his injury. My vote is Allen over Edmunds. After a start to the season where Allen seemed to be a turnover machine, he turned it around. He cut down on turnovers and was playing as well as any qb not named Patrick Mahomes or Lamar Jackson. Edmunds improved, just not at the rate of improvement shown by Josh. Hopeful that Harrison will show the same improvement. 2019 There seems to be quite a few more players with potential to show dramatic improvement over the 2018 draft. I can see where our first 4 picks last year improve dramatically. My vote is Oliver. He played NT in college and was double teamed a lot. He then switched to 3-tech DT where he could take on more single man opportunities. I think he comes back stronger and with a better idea of what works for him in his new position. From there, it's a toss up on who will improve the most. Pretty sure I read somewhere that Knox will work out with Josh in the off-season. If he does, he has the potential to make a big jump from his rookie season.
  9. Sean Lee can get hurt stepping on a rubber mat. Nigel over Sean any day.
  10. We drafted Sweeney.
  11. We're kinda thin at LB. Pretty sure we're drafting a LB, but I wouldn't mind signing Nigel too. The contract would have to make sense and seeing how Beane operates, I'm sure it will. Kick the tires Get er done If the price is right Side note: I met his mom and family and watched a Philly game with them. She said Nigel loved his time in Buffalo. Even as Florida baby, he loved the city and had nothing but good things to say about Buffalo and how the fans treated him. He's a hockey fan now too.
  12. Happy he didn't sign here. I think Knox and Kroft will work out fine. I think they'll combine to get 80 receptions and 12 tds. We need to concentrate on finding a wr, rb, lb and de more than te. Man, I need a pair of those Josh Allen colored sunglasses you have. ?
  13. You couldn't put his name in the title? Click bait?
  14. Good question. I don't have an answer. I won't be pissed if they franchise him, but would prefer something else for that amount of $. Unless we feel we are SB ready.
  15. I do agree with building the trenches. He's not a star to me, though. If I thought he was, I would be for it. Even splitting time.
  16. I get that, but he's going to split time with Oliver. That's a lot of $ for a part time player, even for 1 yr. We can make this a better/deeper team with that $15M.
  17. Not making much sense for a player that will split time with Oliver. I'd rather use that $ somewhere else. $8-10 on a WR or LB maybe?
  18. It's the quiet ones you have to watch out for.
