So here's an update for all the TBD snow removal experts / dome drama queens According to local news: Over 500 people showed up to shovel, some from as far away as Syracuse. So many that some had to be turned away. The lower bowl is almost completely cleared as of Friday night. The entire stadium and all concourses will be completely cleared by Saturday night. Any snow that falls late Saturday night and Sunday (predicting 1 inch) will simply have to be swept off your seat.

It's supposed to stop completely by Friday afternoon. They will have a full 48 hours to get after it. The stadium will be in much better shape than the PIT game.

This is hindsight. Forecasts during the week were not predicting this much snow and wind, and certainly not a state of emergency. It's a logistics nightmare to move games up. The new NFLPA CBA has strict practice rules that would limit coaching schedules/planning. Even small things like the Personnel Injury Report Policy (requires 3 reports per week the last one being no later than 48 hrs before game time) would have to be altered among many other things. It's rare to move a playoff game up last minute. I think I remember it happening in 2004 or 2005 during the season due to an impending hurricane.
