  1. It's over a $20M+ dead cap hit. He's not going anywhere this offseason. That contract is a nightmare.
  2. Careful what you wish for.
  3. I was wondering what the excuses would look like this week. Here we go.
  4. It's hard to believe that's the same team that played Thursday. They were flying tonight.
  5. That was one ugly game. Levi looked mortal, was fighting the puck all night. Tuch must still be hurt from preseason or something, he looks terrible. Entire team was disjointed, very hard to watch.
  6. It doesn't matter if Fitz, EJ, Tyrod, or Josh is under center, if you aren't in a circle singing Kum Ba Yah after every game you are miserable. WhY CaNt YoU JuSt Be HapPy?
  7. The Hoodie has proven that if you give him a superstar QB he will deliver the hardware. McD has proven that if you give him a superstar QB and a top-5 roster he can get you out of the Divisional round. Of course, the entire premise of McD getting canned and Belichick stepping in is ridiculous, but so was your post.
  8. Beauty in art is often nothing but ugliness subdued. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to go burn my DVR in my backyard.
  9. I mean, 9-8 is going to get you in the playoffs. The AFC is the tougher conference but there's still a lot of bottom feeders. What happens in January has been the real question this entire offseason.
  10. 4-game homestand starts tonight. If this goes south it could be a loooong season.
  11. Likely because signing premium position players to cost-effective rookie contracts is highly preferable to spending 5 times as much on the FA market. Also if you aren't shopping for a QB, many GMs go BPA. Carter isn't even making half of Miller's GTD money. Different worlds.
  12. Drafting a pass rusher and signing one for $120M are two different worlds.
  13. Expectations of perfection? How about expectations of not getting shutout at home by a bottom-feeding team for the first 3 quarters?
  14. The quote for this week's drinking game is "A win is a win"
  15. We're still blaming London? Really? 😄 It has nothing to do with perfection. It's not unreasonable for fans to ask that we don't get shutout for the first 3 quarters.
  16. McD showing a lot of class by not running it up.
  17. I don't expect him to shoot 0 for 10 either, but here we are.
  18. Rangers blocked 23 shots, that's crazy. Sabres really looked flat for most of the night, they grip the sticks too tight at home.
  19. I probably would have said Milano and Tre, simply because I don't like our CB depth at all. Also fans need to stop with this "all teams have injuries" false equivalence. Yes, every team has to deal with pulled hamstrings, concussions, hip pointers, rolled ankles, etc, etc. No, every team does not have to deal with losing 3 key defensive starters for the entire season by the 1st week of October.
  20. I'm pretty sure Reinhart started with the team. 18 and 19yr-olds can play 9 games without burning a year of their entry-level contracts. That's the same situation Benson is in right now.
  21. What are you gonna do? Stand in the street and shake your fist?
  22. I can guarantee you they do not understand this or the Bills cap situation next year. Don't buy an Epenesa jersey - just sayin'
  23. I would rather face Jones. Tyrod and his sandlot style of football is more chaotic.
