  1. Hey I got bad news, Red Grange has passed. But on the positive side, we have this thing called "plastics" now.
  2. There isn't a single poster here predicting doom. As moronic as this thread is, nobody has said we can't win a Super Bowl without an elite receiver. There's a lot of reasoned points about how our WR room is lacking. There is no flip side. It doesn't go both ways. For rational people, criticism of the team doesn't mean "choose to only see the negative in everything."
  3. Understatement of the century. So far this offseason I've learned you cannot win while paying 2 top tier WRs, Samuel is more talented than Diggs, and 40 times don't matter. Fans just twisting themselves into knots trying to convince themselves that everything is ok.
  4. He's probably talking about when he said he'll be back in the 2022 season (and wasn't). Or maybe last offseason when he said he'll be ready to go at the start of the season (and wasn't, wound up on PUP). He's a great player but you shouldn't believe a thing that comes out of his mouth.
  5. Possible they need to attach a 2nd rd pick to move Skinner?
  6. Crazy how players like Evan Rodrigues elevate their game when they leave this town.
  7. None of this is true. One player just got cut and their NFL career is on life-support (hint: it's not the kicker).
  8. Heat wave has people chugging Kool-Aid. What could you have seen in the last few weeks in shorts that changed your opinion into "starting to love" the WR group?
  9. 'Weird, wonderful cathedral': Remembering the Old Pink and the night I saw my future
  10. "According to police, a neighbor reported seeing two dogs that were “surrounded by feces” on March 28 with no access to food or water, in addition to being out there for 10 days. One of the dogs has since been euthanized while another is being treated for Parvo." Oh boy.
  11. A smart play, they are dime a dozen just like WRs.
  12. What do you think they talk about? Well, definitely not the 70s, 80s, or 90s...
  13. Nothing past the preview is in the source so you aren't going to be able to read it unless someone copy/pastes it here. "To get his ’06 Indianapolis Colts over the hump, Hall of Fame GM Bill Polian told us he started to weigh playoff performance on a critical curve. Beane is doing the same" Another reason why Diggs was moved.
  14. "Bobrovsky has allowed just four goals on 86 shots on goal for a .953 save percentage" Yeah, tough to win games against that.
  15. B, however still in the top 10.
  16. There will not be a single kicker brought in for a competition.
  17. Haason Reddick was also a no-show. Holding out for a new contract.
  18. Evan Rodrigues outscoring McDavid. Conn Smythe?
  19. They clearly don't. All this tells me is that we need a new "Random Talking Heads" thread for 2024.
  20. Damn, catching strays from Edmonton.
  21. It would happen at the new stadium. https://buffalonews.com/sports/professional/nfl/bills/buffalo-bills-new-highmark-stadium-nfl-draft-2028/article_5cfa695e-2039-11ef-b9f7-c31345e187dd.html The Dallas Cowboys (AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas) and Cleveland Browns (First Energy Stadium) have hosted the draft at their home stadiums, and the Bills would do the same. “If you want to create a campus-type of environment, it would stand to reason that you would want to make (the new Bills stadium) the focal point,” Guelli said.
  22. If by wildly embellished you mean completely fabricated then I agree.
  23. Ahh, the old "keep 'em barefoot and pregnant" commencement speech. Sure to be a hit in those parts.
