Jets are better than their record. Jets 34 Bills 17. Still think we go 9-7 but 2 solid weeks of DOOMED incoming.

My heart sank when I heard this because this is the first time I've ever visualized Dareus playing in another team's jersey.

Rex Ryan got within 1 game of the Super Bowl twice with Mark freakin' Sanchez as his quarterback. Think about that for a minute. He even beat Brady at Gillette the 2nd time to get there. Rex shoots his mouth off and acts like a buffoon most of the time, but the guy is a great head coach.

I have a bad feeling about this game, and It only got worse after watching that last Jets game against the Pats. The team I saw didn't look like a 1-win team. They are much more physical than us, better coached, and their greatest strength (D-Line) matches up against our biggest weakness (O-Line). And let's be honest, it doesn't take a mastermind to confuse our O-Line. A simple A-gap stunt taken from a high school playbook sends our line into a Chinese fire drill. We're going to need a Geno meltdown to win this one I think, or it could get ugly. Real ugly. I hope I'm wrong because I don't think I can handle listening to the Chicken Littles for 2 straight weeks. 4-4 wouldn't be the end of the world.

Perhaps you should reread my post. I said it's easily possible to move up into the top 10 from 16. Possibly top 5.

If you have a mid-range 1st round pick (say 16) you can trade up into the top 10 somewhat easily (package 1st and 2nd like St Louis gave us). Without that 1st rounder, it's almost impossible to get into the top 10 without trading your entire draft away for the next 2 years. And forget about getting into the top 5. Just delete this post, it sounds like a drunken rant to be honest.

There is way too much angst after what is certainly a pivotal win. We've been on the wrong end of these games for years -- it's nice to get one back. A few thoughts: 1) The key to most successful 2-minute drives is having a fleet-footed RB as an outlet to dump the ball off to. We didn't have that yesterday. 2) Cyril Richardson does not belong on the field at this point in his career. 3) The announcers....ugh. 4) Some of you need a visit from The Ghost of Al Davis. Enjoy! There isn't a receiver on this team that thinks EJ is a better option. We just won a game (in our run-first offense) where both our RBs went down. I can't even entertain a discussion with someone who believes EJ is the better option at this point -- it's either irrational stubbornness or a complete lack of football acumen.

That was the grittiest performance I've seen by a Buffalo QB in a loooong time. If the line blocks like that next week against the Jets, Orton will need a stretcher. Haven't seen the broadcast but was Richardson responsible for 5 sacks?

If the Bills win it all on the site of Father Baker, that would easily be considered the final miracle needed to anoint him as a Saint.

My faith in beating the Jets @ the Meadowlands in 10 days is waning. They looked very good (and very well coached I might add). They seem to suffer from the same red zone problems we had with our rookie QB, otherwise they would have won that game.

Toughest A22 of the season for me to watch because I knew by the end I would have to give most of the credit to Brady. He was playing on a different level that 2nd half - took us apart like a surgeon. Inexcusable to have Mario and Hughes on the sidelines for the last drive. Anyways, here's to not facing an elite QB for the next 6 weeks.

The only reason they used Johnson as a decoy was because he was injured to the point that he couldn't run. His resume alone makes him an effective decoy -- but no coach in his right mind would ever use a healthy Megatron in such a manner. Watching Watkins repeatedly run fly routes to drag Revis and a safety downfield is a bit worrying.
