  1. That definitely sounds like what someone born out of state would say.
  2. Anyone who gatekeeps this hard isn't a true Buffalonian. You're a fraud.
  3. The copium in this thread is at record levels. You can try to downplay it all you want, but that was a heck of a first game for a rookie receiver. He is going to be a weapon and major headache for opposing teams.
  4. 40 times don't mean anything
  5. yeah this is brutal wtf
  6. It's literally the original post of this thread lol
  7. Back when that extension was inked I explained that it was a terrible decision and simply wasn't necessary at that point in time, and oooh boy did the knives come out. When a player is playing really well the majority of fans don't care about money or term, just "extend him forever at any cost." But ultimately, there is always a cost.
  8. Seriously, people are just realizing this now?
  9. "None of those teams wanted to get rid of me" Stef, one of those teams ate a $30M cap hit to get rid of you. That is the definition of wanting to get rid of you.
  10. Every book has Shakir to lead all Bills WRs in yardage so....🤷‍♂️
  11. Someone posted the location on social media if you are curious about the size of the road.
  12. "According to the probable cause affidavit, Higgins told police that he had five or six beers before the crash and had tried to go around the SUV on the right side after thinking the other vehicle was trying to block him from passing. He told police his drinking contributed to "his impatience and reckless driving." Higgins failed a field sobriety test, according to the affidavit." To add more context, the driver was drinking and thought the SUV in front of him was deliberately blocking him from passing, so I would guess he was aggravated and aggressively attempted to pass on the right. Terrible thing to happen, and to think the entire family was gathered together for a joyous occasion (wedding) today. Heartbreaking.
  13. The SUV clearly seen both of them, and moved over to give them room. The allegedly drunk driver tried to pass on the right.
  14. Great, all we have to do is sign someone like those guys. EZPZ.
  15. Tons of new pictures. Photos: Construction continues at the new Highmark Stadium
  16. And this is why you draft WRs early. Going forward it's going to be a herculean feat to get a young stud WR in FA. They've surpassed pass rushers for the #2 spot.
  17. Jones is not a WILL linebacker. It's a different skillset.
  18. Morrow is a WILL. Was a fairly pedestrian player in his 4 years with the Raiders. Ankle surgery derailed his career but he came back and played every snap for the Bears. As a starter he is going to leave you wanting more, but that would make him a top-tier backup.
  19. Most MLB's aren't.
  20. Well, it's not that simple. It really isn't. Keep in mind this is the first year of his new contract. One, cutting Bass will not only result in an $4.3M dead cap hit this year, it will also push a $3M dead cap hit to next year as well, and that is certainly something the front office does not want to do. Two, brining in another player is going to likely cost anywhere from $1M -$2M and we are quite tight on available money this season. This move could easily make our cap hit for kickers this year ~$6M. That's a fair price if you're named Tucker or Butker, but pretty hard to stomach for Bass and Some Old Vet. Three, you don't even know if the new kicker will be better. I know the grass is always greener on the other side and it's easy to scream "Cut him!", but there does exist the possibility that the new guy could be worse. It's a tough situation. I'm sure they don't want to burn a practice squad spot on a kicker, but they may have to.
  21. It's a humorous juxtapositon of him hyping the defense while they get trampled.
  22. Beane is in the booth talking whilst tackles are being missed by the dozen
