Heard on the radio yesterday that he is still trying to get over his injury from a mental perspective. Doesn’t completely trust his leg yet either. Tough time to get through. Hope he can regain his confidence.
Absolute conjecture on my part: Perhaps the firm hired to negotiate planted the seed of “other cities are interested” and not the Pegulas. One of the advantages of a third party negotiating tactic is to keep yourself in a position to play the savior or just generally above the knife fighting to not soil your reputation.
I certainly don’t think Jones will be a top quarterback but he could be a serviceable starting quarterback. He has a good pedigree and played and won on the biggest stage in college football. Has to count for something.
Ben supposedly went all in this offseason on a diet and workout regimen. Reports are that he’s dropped a lot of weight and is getting stronger. Will be interesting to see if it allows him to be a little more mobile or maybe he’s just expecting to take a beating behind that line.
Same here! I googled and came up with the following....buried 4 pages into the search. Don't know if its legit or not, but, it has the products he discussed in the interview.

I just don’t see Tua playing well in the NFL. New offensive coordinator this year will only impede Tua’s development. The games may be competitive but this is not a Kelly vs Marino type of matchup.
It will be interesting to watch over the summer. The WR room has depth and competition. Might be some surprises at the end. I continue to worry about WR injuries like we had last year. These guys took a pounding last year and they culminated in the AFCCG.
Gunner-can’t dispute the facts you lay out. But, I think Frank Reich will make Wentz better. The kid definitely needed to get out of a negative situation in Philly and reboot himself.
