I don’t remember this. He was held out of TC? Do you remember what it was for? He got hurt week one.

@YoloinOhio Milano did get hurt during the season.  I was referring to the lack of information in regard to the injury.  My point was that the injury was worst than the Bills let on or communicated.  Sorry for the confusion.

I’m so happy for Josh and the organization.

I’m also continually baffled by the inability of the Bills PR department to provide a mic for the reporters asking a question.  I’ve heard several posters make the observation already but it’s just amazing that they don’t do it.  Please, for the love of all things good in the world, put a mic out for the reporters!

Add the Bengals’ Joe Burrow to the ever-growing list of those off to an atrocious start at training camp.

And in Cincinnati, Burrow and the offense struggled in their first padded practice Wednesday.

Burrow, the No. 1 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, was 5-for-12 with an interception in 11-on-11 drills, according to The Athletic. The 24-year-old’s passing was inconsistent and his throws were off target on the whole. He only hit one pass beyond 10 yards the entire day.

Cincinnati head coach Zac Taylor said that Burrow is “cleared to do everything,” but the signal caller has muddled through the early stages of camp.

In a drill, Burrow appeared timid to get into the action, lifting his leg to avoid close contact with the defense that was pushing toward him, The Athletic reported. It was an odd move during a practice where the defense was instructed to not go full-force at the QB.

Heard on the radio yesterday that he is still trying to get over his injury from a mental perspective.  Doesn’t completely trust his leg yet either.  Tough time to get through.  Hope he can regain his confidence.

Right. But I still think that misses the mark. Just scrolling though comments on FB, Reddit, Insta, I think the Pegula’s missed on the temperature of the community. Just from the eye test, most comments are “Fine, GTFO”. Pegula’s bet that Buffalo would ferociously go to Albany to keep the team here now that they are competitive. But it turns out people feel slighted at the threat

Absolute conjecture on my part:  Perhaps the firm hired to negotiate planted the seed of “other cities are interested” and not the Pegulas.  One of the advantages of a third party negotiating tactic is to keep yourself in a position to play the savior or just generally above the knife fighting to not soil your reputation.

https://www.nbcsports.com/boston/patriots/patriots-qb-report-cam-newton-bounces-back-mac-jones-struggles?amp It’s pretty safe to say Jones will not be starting this year. And Mac Jones?? Lol to anyone who thinks he’s going to be a top QB in the pros

I certainly don’t think Jones will be a top quarterback but he could be a serviceable starting quarterback.  He has a good pedigree and played and won on the biggest stage in college football.  Has to count for something.
