  1. Offense sucks. Allen has no confidence in his O Line. He’s locking in on 1-2 receivers when things don’t go well.
  2. He’s likely toast. Burrow knew he could only press up the field and gladly took off to run for a first down once Miller went straight up the field like he has since he’s come back. It’s a straight run, no cutting, no power, nothing.
  3. Oh, he can absolutely turn a team around, say the right buzz phrases, get people to buy in, etc. Near term. After the salesmanship, it’s over.
  4. McDermott is meant to be a motivational speaker. Not a football coach. Bullets fly, he implodes.
  5. McDermott has taken the Bills as far as they will go under his leadership. He’s terribly out coached, often.
  6. Well, no. But they’re also playing a team that got over there this week also. Earlier in the week arrival or not, they’re schedule and internal clock is still screwed up.
  7. Dumb. Allen is the only reason they win so much. He’s also the only guy with any heart today.
  8. He was fine yesterday. Made a great play down the field on what would’ve been a big pass play, he got his hand between the receiver’s hands and knocked the ball away.
  9. I’m gonna go out on a limb here…. Yes, he is absolutely kidding.
  10. Not trying to be a dick. But let’s take a step back here. All teams are injured by now. I think Allen will, yes. Most of their injuries are returning (even Hyde is a potential).
  11. Just the facts: 1. Back up players, playing. They typically don’t play, few reps throughout the season. 2. They’ve barely practiced the last two games. All of the above equates to not pumping on all cylinders. If you take a step back, it’s not as concerning to the level you’re making it out to be.
  12. They’re a team surviving due to the injuries. Really, a trait of a great team. Get to the playoffs with a healthy team and they are capable of going to the Super Bowl.
  13. Hopefully you’re not down 7-10 points against a poor offense. Just scoring a touchdown, you should have momentum. I don’t see the need in giving it right back to the other team, should they get a first down or two. Onside kicks are so difficult to win. I’d only do it in desperation time, not with plenty of time on the clock.
  14. I don’t know. At times the current roster seems to get the yips (worried about making the play, mental toughness), I don’t see it as a bad thing bringing in a guy that doesn’t lack confidence and just wants the ball. We’re lacking WR depth, I hope they sign him.
  15. It’s the early kickoff game (1230 Eastern). Anything else is mistaken.
  16. Banged Up Score" (BUS™) — which includes a variety of factors such as injury reports, IR designations and factors that consider the specific players included on those reports”. Sort of clarifies the score/rating. “Appears” that it does. How much so, not sure.
  17. I was curious. Just looked it up. “Banged Up Score" (BUS™) — which includes a variety of factors such as injury reports, IR designations and factors that consider the specific players included on those reports”. Sort of clarifies the score/rating.
  18. Keep your head up. Not sure how much stock to put in the below. As clean as our injury report has been the last few years, the heightened season expectations, the key role players getting dinged up, it all seems to make things hurt a bit more when not blowing others out. That said, for the metrics used in determining the “Banged Up Score”/team health, the Bills are not that bad off. Note: Posted before last Sunday’s games. We got this.
  19. No way. At this point, even the fan in the 30th row knows to just knock the ball down. Just knock it down (says our late round drafted DBs that would’ve been on the field). Bills win, no matter what. Lots of lessons learned and growth so far this season…..All building for a Super Bowl run.
  20. It does not matter. If they thought it did, they likely asked the players, what do they think? To which the players said, who gives a sh*&. Let’s go win a football game.
  21. Yes, that’s rational thinking. But now our head coach is saying things along the lines of “encouraging” Tre (very much putting the ball in his court). Sal is a loyal, local reporter and feels the same (McDermott hoping for Tre to feel confident and get back on the field). It’s not so much speculation. There is more substance to the internet rumors.
  22. The players are not worried about which uniform they’re wearing. If so, they’d lose. They only care about scoring TDs and playing great defense, focused on securing a win.
  23. It’s been the story line all season. Every game the depth players are gaining more experience.
  24. The kicking team cannot advance an onside kick.
