  1. Kouandjio was drafted to compete and hopefully take Pears spot at RT. He was a disaster at RT in training camp and preseason. He is only getting a shot at RG because Pears is the worst RG in football.
  2. Recipe for sure success... start three rookies on your offensive line, start a journeymen QB that has less mobility than Brady behind said line, have said QB hand off to RB that has no vision, and not throw the ball to WR that cost the franchise two first round picks. Priceless...
  3. I'm sorry but it is playoffs or blow the whole thing up. If they are not winning now and I paid 1.4 billion, then I want my own people running the franchise.
  4. We've all been screaming for him for weeks. The guy can play. If Vick and others get a second chance so should he. Ridiculous that he is not brought in to fix this mess. He would take a veteran minimum salary.
  5. Sack is on Glenn, the fumble is on Orton. Brady got crushed by Hughes and held onto the ball. Marrone was trying to blame the RB on Monday for the interception saying the defender was supposed to cover the RB but the RB did not run his pattern. Don't know who the RB was and why they did not get in their route ( got caught in traffic or did not run correct play). To me it looked like Orton should have seen the guy and had time to throw elsewhere.
  6. This idea that Urbik can't be the back-up center and play guard at the same time is absurd. Levitre was the back-up LT for two years. If wood gets hurt then Urbik moves to center and pears plays RG. How hard is that. Pears is the perfect swing G-T extra TE to dress on Sunday. Marrone looks like an idiot when he says stuff like this.
  7. Setting aside the fact passing wins in the NFL and they spent two first round picks on a WR they only targeted four times last week.... What moves should be made? What moves will be made?
  8. Losers complain about the refs. Winners win. There is no agenda against the Bills. Superstars get more calls in every sport and the Bills have no stars. Woods pushed off. Hughes dove at Brady's legs. I agree with you on the first Hughes unsportsmanlike penalty but I wonder if he dropped the N word during that celebration.
  9. I thought most of the calls were legit. I really don't know what everyone is screaming about this week. I thought there was one obvious hold that was missed but it was on a postitive play if I recall and would have been declined. And when Duke Williams commits the worst PI penalty in the 30 years I have been watching football I wouldn't be blaming the refs.
  10. Funny what a good offensive line and an all world TE will do for a team...
  11. He has no business on any NFL roster. Why take a potential weapon away from Orton? I am not sold on Orton but he has been more accurate. Lee Smith and Gragg bring nothing. Spiller, Goodwin, and M. Williams bring big play potential. I think Spiller sucks but he is still a better option than a three TE set. What the hell era is Marrone and Hackett playing in?
  12. Totally agree. But obvioulsy that is more than just Marrone and Hackett. Outside of six months of Dew Bledsoe the offense has been putrid for a decade and a half. That is hard to do. There is some merit in that approach. If you can beat down the other team, the gains will be longer in the fourth quarter. I just don't see running anywhere near Vince Wilfork or his wife as a good idea.
  13. It is a passing league and there are more threads about Spiller and Jackson than Watkins and Woods
  14. That TD was to the deep middle. That was Grahams fault. He was beaten badly. Gilmore almost made a great play. Gilmore is fine. The lack of blitzing and the safety play was awful yesterday.
  15. EJ or a new rookie will be the starter next year. FA most likely. Hughes seems worthy of the franchise designation if they can not work out a deal before then. Spiller is as good as gone.
  16. 1. Will you assume play calling duties? 2. Please explain again why Mario Williams and Jerry Hughes were not on the field for the most important series of the game. 3. Why is Urbik not playing one of the guard positions? He can still be the back-up center. 4. Why is CJ so unproductive in this offense? Last year's excuse was injury. What is this year's reason? 5. Why not blitz Brady? If that was not in the gameplan why did the game plan not change as it was obvious rushing only three and four was not working? 6. Was the Duke Williams PI the worst defensive penalty that you have ever seen?
  17. Defending Orton is a bit silly to me. The team is supposed to be a run first and play good defense. So far he has cost the team just as many points as he has generated. If not for a miraculous catch by watkins his 300 yards against Detroit would have been meaningless. Yes he is more accurate with the ball. But the team is no better with him at QB. Can he get better with more time with the starters? I hope. He probably is still a better option than EJ for the next few games but he is not even average at this point. Posters asked for average play not critical turnovers and horrible sacks.
  18. He would not make any other roster in the NFL yet he dresses over Mike Williams. Retarded.
  19. Marrone chose three TE's over Mike Williams. In essence he chose one of the worst players in the NFL in Lee Smith over a proven veteran WR. Another bad decision in a short career worth of bad decisions.
  20. It's the NFL. Teams are going to pass and score. They can't stop everyone. They held for field goals early enough to win this game. A competent offense has the Bills leading 14-7 at the half.
  21. Haw can they have an identity on offense when switched from EJ to Orton? They couldn't be two different QB's. How do you sit a veteran WR in the biggest game of the year? With this **** offensive line they should spread everyone wide and throw short crossing routes. Let's see who else does that??? Could it be the Patriots, Seahawks, Broncos, and Chargers???? Marrone and Hackett are in over their head.
  22. 1-3 in the AFC. Home division loss. Next two weeks will tell the story. Best thing that happened today may have been the injuries to the Pats. They lost three starters - two of them important.
  23. The point of my terribly titled thread was that Sammy had beaten Revis badly.
  24. Sammy had Revis beat up the right sideline by a step and a half. He was wide open after 7 yards.
