I own that jacket! -
Could Cordy Glenn really start off season on 2nd string?
Dragonborn10 replied to pbanach's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If Kouiandjio can play RT there is no chance he is dealt. If Henderson really can play LT then holy crap. Enn moves to LG. They then can franchise him as a guard. He will be pissed but not much he can do about it. He might be a Pro Bowl LG. He will still make a ton of money. Marrone destroyed the entire offense. -
Neither did I but he has more career INT's than Woodson and Lott. Only 1 less than Reed. INT's not the entire story of a safeties career but every other player with that many INT's is in the HOF.
-
Woodson just named top 100 in his 18th season. 60 career INT's. 8 Pro Bowls I think Reed and Woodson are first ballot HOF inductees. What do you think? On another note how many votes do you think Darren Sharper will get if it is supposed to be only based on his on-field activities???

Concession prices at RWS high?
Dragonborn10 replied to CodeMonkey's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I dind't make it to a game last year so correct me if things are better. But the RWS concessions are mostly terrible. The last game I attended I had Jim Kelly club level seats and the food was terrible. Cold beef on weck. Stale rolls. Terrible. Embarassingly bad. I've been to 15 stadiums. Only Oakland was worse - far far worse. Thier club level seats served food that Target would be embarassed to serve. Anyone been to Seattle or Arizona? Those two standout as the best. Club level in Arizona was really good. The Minnesota MetroDome food was average but the walkways were actually scary. No room to walk anywhere. -
Kujo will start and dominate at RT. Then the controversy will begin. Do they move Glenn to LG and Henderson to LT??? Will he accept the move? Can Henderson play LT? Surprise downside: Robert Woods. There may not be enough throws his way to keep him happy and engaged. This guy played ST's last year and maybe he is a great team guy. Hope so because if they double Sammy, then he and Clay and McCoy and Harvin should create havoc.

EJ Manuel's film session games 1-4
Dragonborn10 replied to Fixxxer's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Marrone destroyed this team. Orton was no better than EJ and now we still don't know about EJ. I think he will start but I also see the faults others point out. I can not see how EJ can be judged by any of us with Marrone and Hackett running the offense. -
Bills Release Jeff Tuel and Claim Matt Simms
Dragonborn10 replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Just how bad was Marrone's ability to judge talent??? What a horrible coach. -
Great move. Duke Williams and Meeks are low level talents that couldn't even beat out Searcy for playing time. Searcy improved in coverage but was still a liability. As others have said, I think they will play a lot of three safety packages with the opportunity for either A. Williams or Graham to switch to corner or cover man to man anywhere on the field. This opens up all types of blitz opportunities. This is what I was hoping for after they picked Darby. Shows me again Whaley knows what he is doing. If D. Williams beats him out then good for him and better for the Bills. At a minimum Darby adds depth, speed, talent, and a future opportunity to let Leodis go.

Playing the Raiders on the road worked out real well last year too... -
All-22: The 3 R's of Percy Harvin
Dragonborn10 replied to RyanTalbotBills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't think Easley or Hogan make the team. Goodwin is a perfect slot companion to Harvin. They could both be on the field at the same time and create terrible match up problems with Watkins/Woods outside - especially if they line up Harvin in the backfield. Easley only makes the team if they carry six. He has no value as a WR. I would be just as happy if Dezmin Lewis makes the team and gets a few plays a game. I think they will carry an extra LB and Safety to play ST's instead of keeping Easley as a 6th WR. -
2nd most talented roster in the nfl?
Dragonborn10 replied to Lothar's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Are the Bills good enough to win with a Brad Johnson or Trent Diller at QB???? I think they can. -
5 reason Bills won McCoy-Alonso Trade
Dragonborn10 replied to pbanach's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Missed the ProBowl and a lot of tackles the last eight games of his rookie year He is too small for MLB. I would have loved to see him at OLB last year though. -
Dareus Suspended for Game 1 of 2015 Season
Dragonborn10 replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Colts line is so bad. He might have had three sacks. Need Rex to dial up some crazy three safety alignments and blitz from all angles. Only Hilton is a deep threat. Double him and man up everyone else. -
Chris Williams also not attending workouts at OBD
Dragonborn10 replied to scribo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
On another note Miami just cut Suh for missing off-season workouts... -
Roger didn't burn all the evidence. Deflategate is about the spying and the tapes. There was always more to the story. That is why Roger is bringing the hammer down on them. He covered it up for the good of the NFL and my guess is he is quite pissed with his buddy Robert Kraft right now. One day the real story on Spygate will be told.

Watch out for the Rams -
Mario had a fantastic 2104. Played solid every game. Played the run well. Kyle had a decent bounce back year from a bad 2013. That Kyle is on the list and Mario is not means whatever ratings criteria they use it is wrong. Mario was simply better than KW all last year.

I was struck that the GBYPA difference between dead last (Bills 7.0) and a greatly improved (McCoy 8.3) was only 1.3 yards. Let's assume that 25 of the 35 rush attempts per game are Good Blocking. That means the upgrade from last year to McCoy is 32.5 yards per game. 32.5 extra yards rushing seems like a lot and maybe that is enough to become a ground control team. But I look at 32.5 yards as one 10 yard bubble screen, a ten yard out, and a ten yard curl pattern. All of which are not hard to do in this league where the offense has all the advantage in the first ten yards. On another note all the Bills running backs sucked last year. http://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/rb Spiller was the worst of the bunch. McCoy and Karlos Williams may get the bulk of all the carries. I could see Harvin getting more rushes than Fred. That assumes Fred even makes it out of camp - which I do not.
