Can we start the o-line thread now? Or the why don't we have designed runs for the fastest QB in the league thread?

This is not a joke recommendation. They should drop 9 or even 10 against the Pats. It is impossible to get there with a normal rush or even an extra rush guy. The rules make it near impossible to cover these guys. Brady can't run. Drop everyone into coverage. You can double or triple Gronk. There is no point to having Jerry Hughes and Mario Williams run three yards up the field slam into the tackle and the ball is already gone. Mix it up by rushing 7 or 8 guys in a jailbreak.

1. Get rid fo the Shout song - especially when down by three scores 2. The O-line is a disaster - The solution is a year away. But for the rest of this year this is what should happen: Move Glenn to LG. He is a below average LT and they will not pay him LT money. He is gone next year so might as well see if he can play LG. Let Richie and Miller rotate at RG. Move Henderson to LT. Let Koujo play RT. Next year draft LT ad C in first and second rounds.

Fine line here. You don't want to force the ball to him. But you don't want to force ball to Gronk, Megatron, Dez, Jordy, or Julio Jones either. Yet they all get many more targets. Sammy is a weapon. He needs to be used as such. Good things usually happen when the ball is near your best player. I hope we see a few max protect pass plays that give Tyrol a few home run options. If they are not there he can run. Open up the playbook for both Taylor and Sammy.

Gilmore needs to be paid. McKelvin's contract will be cut and that money will go to Gilmore. Let Glenn walk. He is average at best. Bradham will cost too much is my guess. I like him. If they can restructure Mario then give Bradham a new deal. Otherwise tag him. LB tag can't be that much.

Wow. I have been outspoken especially on FB back here in Portland stating Mariota was going to be a bust. By every account he is a great kid. Everything Winston was not. I did not think he had an NFL arm. I look like a fool now. But it is just one game...

Yup. It should be Graham or Williams in man coverage on him. They will play three safeties in their nickel and dime packages. Then mix up who will cover Gronk.

A. Williams and C. Graham are safeties with decent CB skills. They can run with Gronk. They can match-up with him. Rex will play three safeties and try to confuse Brady with different coverage looks. The linebackers need to stay with the RB's out of the backfield. Need to stop the run with the three safety nickel package. Dareus' return and the LB's are the key.

What's the chance for 15 years we have blasted people who predicted the Bills would suck and not make the playoffs??? Stop blaming the media. The Bills have been irrelevant for nearly two decades. Just win some dam games.

I said from day one deflate gate had nothing to do with air pressure. It was about the cover up of Spygate and burning the tapes. Roger bailed them out once and they cheated again. I'm not the only one to have this thought but I posted it several times. Roger is complicit in the cover-up with his buddy Robert Kraft. Only Robert forgot the rules of a cover-up. He threw the wrong guy under the bus. Brady needed to do his time for the good of the organization. Roger can only keep the other 31 owners at bay for so long. This is a conspiracy. And not an imaginary one. It is just a matter of time before the right whistleblower with the right evidence takes them down. This is bad enough to vacate wins and championships. It is bad enough to affect HOF eligibity. And for Mr. Kraft and Mr. Bundchen's sake they better hope Vegas didn't lose a ton of money...

He has. Just got lucky this last year. I think he was credited with 6 fumbles but none lost.

Ok so they added a C and DT. I would add another OLB and get rid of O'Leary. I would rather have IK on 53 man roster over O'Leary. When Marcell comes back do they keep Fluellen and his vested salary or let him go? I would rather carry an extra DT, kick Carrington to DE, and reduce TE's to four.

NYG, Atlanta, Bears, and Rams all have QB's that have produced in one way or another in the league. The Bills do not. The O-line criticism is somewhat fair. Incognito was out of the league and Miller is a third round pick. To us that is a major upgrade over last year. To everyone else it may seem more of the same. Most people on this board are genuinely worried Wood might be the weak link. I agree Glenn in a contract year is going to be a star. Henderson should be better and there is some depth there if he is not. If Taylor/Manuel don't perform 5-11 or 6-10 is posisble. I just don't see it though. I see 10-6, maybe 11-5 if they beat Indianapolis. They should be able to ball control and hit deep strikes frequently. If I'm Rex I play more conservative on defense. They have the talent to stop them dropping 7 in coverage. They may or may not have the talent to get into a high scoring game.

Well said. We will know by the fourth game if last year is then new norm for him or if it was poor play by the guards.
