  1. Whaley isn't the biggest problem but if they don't make the playoffs then they should all go. I mean everyone. Brandon, every scout, the medical staff, the coaches, the trainers, the guys that pick up the garbage after the game. Only from complete death can their be a rebirth. This team has enough talent to be 2-0. But they don't have enough talent to give away draft picks to move up and get a slow LB. They don't have enough talent to ignore medical reports about a guy with a bad shoulder. And they don't have enough talent at QB not to draft one every dam year until they find one.
  2. Watkins, Clay, and Woods don't get the ball enough. It's that simple. Everyone else in the league has figured it out. Throw the dam ball.
  3. Every team throws multiple WR screens a game. Third and 1 and the Jets throw a WR screen. The Bills trot out the back-up QB to bark. Peyton threw them. Brady and Brees throw them. They are easy ways to get the ball into the WR's hands. Teams are defending the WR screen better but it is still a good play, especially with willing and capable WR blockers Most teams run screens to the WR and TE. Maybe they are worried TT is too short to throw the screen over on-rushing defenders. Most teams with mobile QB's let their QB run. TT is small but he takes more shots in the pocket than on the run. A change can make a difference. However an OC can't help TT complete simple out patterns to wide open receivers or prevent TT from throwing the ball a foot over the outstretched hands of a wide-open RB on third down TT has to play better. But the new OC can put him in better spots.
  4. Late calls. Wasn't getting the RB in the passing game. No screens. Inability to use a TE. Not the answer but a step in the right direction.
  5. No one had a problem with his offense. He couldn't manage a game any better than Rex and couldn't find a DC that was worth a dam
  6. Wasted draft picks. Year after year this team moves up in the draft and it burns them every time. Moving up leaves zero margin for error. They don't have the bodies to overcome injury and have no depth or athleticism at key positions. All three of the TE's can't block. How the hell is that possible? None of them have deep speed. None of them have superior size. The LBs are below average at best. They have two kickers on 53 man roster and not a decent back-up guard or center.
  7. 1. Put Sammy on IR. 2. Trade McCoy 3. Cut Dray and O'leary 4. When Glenn is healthy move him to RT. CK is doing fine at LT and Mills is awful. 5. Sign any project TE/WR's that have size
  8. They rushed three or four all night and still the best WR's were matched up one on one. Often times the safeties were not as deep as the corners. How the hell do you leave your corners in man coverage agaisnt these guys and not blitz?
  9. TO should have been first ballot. He was much more dominant than Marvin Harrison
  10. As best I can tell from my search, the odds of making the playoffs after an 0-2 start are around 7%. That is for all games/teams. What are the odds if the two losses are conference, division, and possible playoff tie-breaker losses? Has to be less than 5%. They just can not lose a home division game and have any realistic hope. They must win this game.
  11. A few not mentioned just for fun... Ruben Brown would look nice opposite Richie Ferguson on one good ankle probably wins Sunday's game Larry Centers would be a wonderful option for a check down QB My All-time underrated Bill! He would be a beast as an OLB in this defense.
  12. I don't recall him playing on the left side of the defense as much as he did last week. He looked good. I wonder if that is a week to week issue or they plan to move him around alot during the game. Just wonder if he made that tackle for a huge loss would the offense have had a shot... Uh he is a black QB. They don't get the calls. TT was hit 5 yards out of bounds. Cam Newton is the MVP and he had several head shots that went uncalled.
  13. Great athlete. Terrible RB. He just could not read blocks. Vision was poor and rarely broke tackles. I still think he has athma. The winded comments never let up and he always seemed to be breathing hard even after very short gains.
  14. Anybody watching the game could tell the calls were coming in late. You could see TT gesture to the sideline to hurry up multiple times. Put Roman up in the dam booth and just call the dam plays.
  15. Probably the worst offense. The defense and ST's were fine. Need all thre phases to win on the road. If Fitz coughes it up twice on Thursday Bills win night-home opener by 15 +. If Fitz doesn't turn it over then it will be a FG game late into the fourth.
  16. First half use the time-out. Second half it is more situational. Third and 17 is just as bad as third and 22 so why waste a time-out. The real issue is just be prepared. When you make a long gain, get into the huddle quicker or call a play that doesn't require motion. Body-language suggested to me it was Roman's fault. TT seemed to be gesturing to get the call quicker.
  17. It will. A conference loss in a very winnable game during a manageable portion of the schedule. A loss Thursday and the chance of making the playoffs is less than 10%
  18. After the PK missed an extra point and after Brandon Marshall dropped a sure 20+ yard gain. But yes you are correct Fitz threw a pick to end the game
  19. Black QB's just don't get fair treatment. Taylor was killed three yards out of bounds.
