Full time refs is not the answer. Make every play eligible for a challenge with automatic reviews of all boundary and turnover plays.
Then add a supervisor in the booth to assist the head referree in getting calls correct. Those are what the full time refs should do.
GOAT??? Not even close. Maybe if he did not get injured. I'm not even sure he is HOF worthy. He had a few incredible years but has been living on reputation since the knee injury.
Just realized these teams are just now getting a bye week. Seems like a huge disadvantage. Week 4 seems a bit early as well but a bye week in December???
No Dareus, no Shady, no Watkins. On the road. Winning in the third QTR.
They will destroy the Dolphins in Buffalo. Just need to stay alive for a few weeks more.
I hope he is not juicing. I don't trust any older athlete that has a resurgence. To me it is steroids until proven wrong. Maybe Lorax is just a case of right time right place. I hope so.
Only one team from AFC North will make playoffs. Beat Oakland and maybe it helps in head to head tiebreaker down the stretch. But I think they will need to win out given their conference record.
I love his comments. He gives real answers, real information, and honest criticism. Just about everything you want to hear as a fan with a little humor too. I dont recall anyone like him before in Buffalo.
I watched him quite a bit. Turned the corner on the RT a few times but did not get to Bortles. Nothing when rushing against the LT and got engulfed on stunts several times. Did ok against the run. The entire line was C- except Dareus. Even Kyle missed some plays where he got penetration. Lawson got abused on the read option. He is only a year out from college where they see that play 10-20 times a game. Sad. Lawson looks big (borderline fat) and slow. Typical Rex OLB. At this point his only position is a 4-3 nickel DE.
To answer the OP and to be fair, I let loose at least six times to throw the ball. I thought TT was indecisive but it is inaccurate to say he was only making one read and taking off with the ball.
No argument with you on this one. Clay was wide open and it should have been an easy throw.
What do you say on the throw to O'Leary? It was not a great throw but my take is that it was a catchable ball. Most athletic TE's in the league make that catch.
