Most people on here wanted the bust from Syracuse. The whole league doesn't have a clue how to draft QBs. They all passed on Wilson, Carr, and Prescott (jury still out on long term success). Three teams have asked Sam Bradford to be their franchise QB. Kaepernick was amazing for a short time and now sucks. The only hope is to keep drafting them. I think Jones will be awful but I am just basing that on him not being able to keep his college job. LOL. You mean the piss pour throw to Sammy that he made the amazing one handed tip to himself? Yes very heroic. How about that heroic performance against the Raiders?

Enough with the Glass Goodwin. You would be in a hospital bleeding from your lungs and kidneys if you took one hit from a NFL LB. He has stayed healthy other than one concussion. He will benefit from having Sammy and Robert out there today. Sammy will still be in the slot a bunch today but look for Goodwin to get a reverse and 3-4 catches today.

Hard to make any impact from the DL when only rushing three. Rex has to go and this **** 3-4 base defense. Bring back the 4-3 and let KW and Dareus wreak havoc up the middle. It is the only way to beat top QB's.

It may sound stupid to pin the decision to bring TT back on one game, but I think this is his one and last chance to prove to Pegula, Whaley, and Rex that he can be the starter. He has got to play well and be the reason they win this game. The offense is as healthy as it has been all year minus Wood. Groy is doing fine. They are at home. Pittsburgh is a very good but flawed team. Oh did I mention TT has Sammy, Robert, Goodwin, McCoy, TD Mike, and Clay all ready to play. If TT is the reason they lose this game he is done. If TT does not play better then Big Ben he is done. I'm not asking TT to be something he is not. I don't care if he throws for 200 and runs for 125. I don't care how he does it. Even if his only TD is a catch from EJ (yes that play will happen this week out of the WildCat) but he must win this game. He has to be the best player on the field at the end of the game. This is a game that every franchise QB must win. A home December game with the playoffs on the line. Every fan in that stadium must go home knowing TT won this game and they are alive for one more week. Anything less, and he is gone.

They are fifth in total games missed. Of course it leaves out the fact that most of those games missed were by two of the three best players on the team in Watkins and Dareus. It also leaves out the clustering of injuries to the WR position. And one of the worst losses of the year was with a hobbled McCoy in addition to Watkins and Dareus at Miami. Other than that no it is not an excuse what so ever. Even if you like TT, no one thinks he is good enough to overcome the WR injuries. But when he had a healthy Watkins last year they were special. Let's see what happens over the next four games - three at home.
