How do you blame Nix for not signing a guy that is not doing well now? He had an idea what he was worth and when San Diego overpaid he said no thank you. Maybe Meachem would have been a decent #2 for us. Hard to know what his role would have been or what the offense would look like know with a healthy David Nelson. Can we all agree that JOnes is not the answer as the #2 WR? And that we need a second pass catching threat at TE?

As many have said, the atmosphere would probably be 50% better if they just raised the prices of the tickets. In this case you truly get what you pay for...

On the radio today I heard both of their starting DB's are out and their defense only plays like 23 minutes a game. Sounds like a good time to get Freddie back and atone for the two fumbles with a nice grind it out, take an occasional shot deep, keep Luck of the field, and quiet the crowd game-plan.

It is an NFL problem not just a Buffalo problem but it is exacerbated by the low ticket prices and relatively less number of corporate seats. The only solution is to cut the number of seats back by 5-10K and double the ticket prices. The 18-24 year old crowd won't be able to afford the tickets. The only way I go to a game with my boys aged 9 and 10 is to buy club level seats.

The only time I was really upset in the red zone is when Fitz threw to Jones after Spiller split out to the left and was covered by a LB. Fitz never even looked that way and Spiller had the LB beat after two steps. A fade to the corner of the endzone would have been an easy throw. The safety shaded toward Spiller but there was a guy in the slot that ran a slant or seam route that held the safety - may have been Stevie not sure. But Fitz pre-determined to go to Jones. It was a decent throw. Looked like Jones slipped a bit and it went threw his hands. The Dolphins stacked the line and even doubled CJ out of the backfield. Not sure why he had Choice and not Brad Smith in the Wildcat. Back shoulder and sideline deep throws were plentiful tonight - isn't that what this board wanted??? No idea why after a time-out Choice was still on the field in the red-zone right before the half. Yes he may be a better blocker but the threat of CJ out of the backfield may loosen up the coverage. Looks like the defense was not going to let CJ and Chandler win the game. So Chan and Fitz dialed some plays for the wideouts against suspect corners. Nothing wrong with that idea and it worked great. Dolphins D was good in the red-zone. Tip your hat to them and get ready for the Colts.

What are the odds Wilfork's elbow leans into Luck's knee???

Has anyone actually watched the Colts? From what I have read they are running the ball reasonably well but their player stats suggest otherwise. They play both their young TE's at the same time and Luck has some escabaility. I know nothing of their defensive performance. Mathis has six sacks but Freeney only two? Wayne still looks like a threat by the numbers. Luck has 9 picks to only 10 TD's and 21 sacks. Will be watching Pats-Colts Sunday!

NIx should take the next three days to lock up Levitre, Wood, and Byrd long term. They gave Fitz a mid-season deal. These guys are the heart of the team. At least sign two of the three so you have leverage in the off-season. I know Wood is not a FA but maybe we can get him a little cheaper by redoing his deal now and showing faith in him. Anyone know what Urbik's status is?

On the second third and 1 with empty set, that should have been a QB draw. They only had 4 down lineman and there was no LB to be seen. On the first third and 1, Choice ran to the wrong hole from the Wildcat. I like that they ran clock at the end of the first half butthey should have given themselves about 15 more seconds. They huddled which was fine but Fitz took too long to snap the ball and when he got sacked or ran for short gain they had to burn a time-out. Little too cute there. Jump ball to Chandler may have worked. An extra ten seconds and a QB sneak scores. Would have taken some serious balls to go QB sneak with 6 seconds and no time-out. But that could have been a back breaker.

What I don't understand is when the coach, the WR, and another WR all say it was Graham's fault, you still blame Fitz. That is what I cannot comprehend? The Pats scored on every one of their first half drives and the offense started from the twenty yard line each time. No turnovers by the defense. No short fields to work with. And the offense still put up 31. Why do you not blame FJ for pissing away a TD at the one yard line or almost pissing away the game with a fumble Wood had no business recovering. Perspective...

It's no use defending Fitz...This board hates him. If he moved to LB I doubt the defense would be worse and probably would be tougher to run against. Andy Reid fired his DC at the bye. Maybe Chan is right and the talent just isn't there no matter what the scheme is. Either way last in defense should trigger firing the entire defensive coaching staff.

ESPN has been unwatchable for the better part of a decade. I haven't watched a pre-game since they hired Rush Limabaugh. Maybe it is a combinatin of my advancing age, having kids and less time, or internet access, but I have no interest in any of their programming.

This is painful to type but Poz and Keith Ellison would be starters on this team... Knowing how bad these guys are, is Morrison any worse? How bad is the Tank Carder 5th round bust looking now? What a waste of a pick!!

And for those who said no one came to his aid...Spiller and Jones can be seen getting between him and Spikes. I thought this play and that final drive would be the flashpoint for the turn around of the season... So painful to see that last drive end the way it did. I am a Fitz believer. I am a realistic believer. If given the opportunity to draft a QB high next year I am all for it, but AFTER we add a LB or two in FA and the first round. I would rather have two or three more LB's and a #2 WR with Fitz for next season instead of a rookie QB, Matt Flynn, or Kirk Cousins.

If you mean they went from no blitzes to three then yes they did blitz a lot more... The Patriots chose to throw to whever Barnett was assigned to cover instead of running the ball. At least to some degree anyways. If I am to look on the positive Mario and KW both made plays in the run game.

And the story says they just started dating a couple months ago... In her book she accused her coach of throwing her on a couch or something like that which he vehemently denied. Maybe she was the one that started the fight and she is a few sandwiches short of a picnic??? Still Jeremy Stevens??? Total scumbag...

Seriously the best you can do is Jeremy Stevens? She is athletic, hot, and successful.. Hope you can do better... And as for another who can do better, Ms Longoria it is time to dump Mark Sanchez before you are dating the back-up QB!!! You can do way better than him...
