Did you realize the level of competition he was playing against all year? I will have an open mind while watching him against Alabama. If he comes up big then I will bye into the hype. My guess is he is swallowed up by their O-line which even though very very good still is nothing like he will see in the NFL. That being said I said the same thing about Kuechly and he looks the part of a great LB so far. I was wrong on him.

If they sign Whisenhunt as HC I would be ok with Mangini as DC. Other than that I want no part of any other ex-New England coaches. Todd Collins? He "played" in the NFL for 15 years or so - he must be ready for the HOF ballot soon...

RW Stadium is a dinosaur and pit compared to the new stadiums in the league. He is a marketing guy. He knows people want clean bathrooms, wifi, more food options than beer and wings, and large concourses. The new stadium needs to be 15 K seats smaller, on the water, part of a shopping/dining complex and with much higher ticket prices.

No and No...I live in Portland and Kelly is an ass. He is a dick to the media. The Ducks are going to get nailed by the NCAA for paying for players. His system will not work in the NFL. Oh please relax...the salaries that these middle tier coaches get it not that different. We are not talking about Saban, Gruden, Shanahan, Cowher, or even Andy Reid for that matter. Those coaches choose you and tell you how much you are going to pay them. Grimm, Whisenhunt, Louvie, and even a few of these coordiantors will be lucky to get a HC interview. Do you think the DC for the cardinals is the highest priority for all the teams searching for HC's???

Just going out on a limb here but I think the defenders Thurman played against were about 20lbs lighter on average. I have no doubt Spiller can carry the ball 20+ times a game. But to use Peterson as the arguement is a bit silly. 30 other teams use a running back by committee. Lots of factors of course but CJ's highest number of carries was also his lowerxt YPC of the seaon. Take away the 66 yard pass and he was held in check most of the day. It will also be interesting to see what happens to Peterson next year and to see if the workload carries over to next season.

Fitz iniially threw a decent deep abll but was terribly inaccurate on medium length throws. I would argue he is greatly improved on his short to medium throws especially up the seam. Whatever he has changed mechanics wise has totally messed up his deep ball. He misses wide open guys by several yards. Not finger tip stuff - several yards. He overthrows Spiller! Is this fixable I do not know. As for the hit affecting him I think that is non-sense. Even the local media who relish in piling on Fitz have written and spoken about his toughness and the shots he has taken. Fitz will be the QB week 1 next year no doubt about it!!!

He is far from the best guard. He is probably 5-10. If he agrees to a salary that would place him at #3-5 then it is worth it to overspend a bit to avoid creating another hole to fill. I am sure there are other FA guards to spend money on and they could use the cash to go after Bowe. As has been pointed out several times it is far cheaper to tag Byrd then Levitre.

As OC sure but not HC. I want an aggressive coordinator who hasn't been a HC before. I don't want Billick or Haslett. Cowher isn't happening. Jay Gruden please.

I should have titled it off-season moves... I think the Bears will let Urlacher go Baltimore is screwed. Flacco is not the answer and they have no quality back-up. Maybe they give up a high pick for Mallett.

Arizona will trade for Sanchez after Dallas asks for too much for Romo. They will give up this years second for Sanchez.

Teo is not a top ten talent. Maybe if we moved back to 15 or so and picked up another pick. Hopefully he is there at 8 and someone wants to trade up for him. At 8 they can stand pat and get the second best QB. The QB's simply don't grade out that well this year and the first 7 teams as one would expect have other needs besides QB. Raiders will go DT. Eagles OL. KC will draft OL or trade back hoping they can still get Geno Smith a few slots lower. Lions wet dream is Jones. Browns will not give up on Wheeden. AZ should take a QB but I think they will so something wild like trade for Romo/Sanchez or sign Flacco. They have too much talent on D and at WR to go with an unproven rookie.

What has Haslett done outside of his stint in Pittsburgh???

Moorman has been bad for years now. He out kicks his coverage with line drive no hang time kicks and as pointed out above he has little ability to down the ball inside the 20. Powell will be fine.

Peyton isn't even the best in his own era. Brady and Montana are both better.

My vote goes to Adrian Peterson. The Vikings have a woefully below average QB and he goes over 2000!!! Peyton has played well but Denver has a great defense as well. In fact I would vote Brady over Manning.

Nothing happens quickly at OBD. It is possible Wilson has already told Nix/Gailey they are gone but that is not how he usually operates.

Levitre, Byrd, New HC and OC, Fitz starts, a veteran WR, and two new LB's...QB drafted round two or trade second round pick or 2104 number 1 for Cousins If they sign Vick I won't even watch the draft or anything until he is gone...

Agree with the AZ QB comments...still don't see a WR with a top 10 value in the draft though

37 rec for 396 yards a TD in 15 games. UDFA David Neslon caught 31 passes for 353 and 3 TD his rookie year Bills need an upgrade at WR but there is no Calvin Johnson in this draft. Need to address in FA and go LB or QB in first round.
