Not sure i can agree with you here. because , to be honest , i just dont know the synergy there. Beanes has brought in some good players. Via draft and FA. not perfect of course but give him a quite positive grade , even when balanced with the tough missed But Coaching development , and coaching of the Players and then proper use is questionable still with McDermott he was in that movie .
