  1. sarcasm font ? I hope? I hardly think the decision has been made unless it is based upon a physical evaluation
  2. close enough for my calculator Hope all goes well and they work out a deal for all the right reasons well before tag time punished?
  3. dude has one hell of a highlight reel ! that bouncing one hander across the middle perhaps?
  4. as well he should. Best way to get him to work for it. motivation is an interesting animal for pro athletes who have money already it's really this simple and plain from my viewpoint. well phrased
  5. I expected him to be on the field.> I dont dislike him and i know he is likely elite talent. TT and he were getting tight before the foot. If he was on the field the scheme may well have changed so i was close?
  6. I read 13 and then 17 projected to tag. I could do that. If he stays on the field and plays up to his abilities. Which are pretty damn good sure as heck has, when looking at the programs he has played in here in Buffalo
  7. step off Fingers crossed and win win
  8. No sir. That is my point. the word i used was Production
  9. I agree, The kid is amazing talent wise. His foot is my issue. If he comes back 100%. i would be fine Tagging him at 17 while a deal got worked out and would hope they did it before seasons end. I do not think he has come all the way back from this unfortunate injury yet.
  10. this is quite sincerely a Drs call. and of that i have little faith in the Bills not I Ever have. Huge weak spot for the Buffalo Bills has been the medical advisement and rehab team. But I would never pick up the option on an oft injured low production player. I expect harsh responses. but it is true. his potential is near elite IMO and also there are some mitigating circumstances that have also held him back ( for one, his twit tweeting about get me the ball ) he was right. But if the Bills feel he has recovered from the Foot injury? They will likely pay him. kid can ball for sure. I dont think he is healthy or they would be working a long term contract over this season to present to his agent
  11. I am not suggesting they have this thing figured out yet, Not by any means. Unraveling the plots and subplots of the decade makes my head spin. Just think they have to meddle to understand what exactly it is they want before they can step aside. They have found enough bits they do NOT like. The FO has "appeared" at odds with each other since Marrone came on. I understand their mantra and hope they can achieve that.
  12. I do not think this is true at it's heart. They said yes. agreed.
  13. kick those bias plied tires
  14. Ticket sales . rex was hired and look what happened? contrary to common sense The leaks were just ruinous IMO. easy to paint a picture of dysfunction for the paint by numbers BN regardless of your conclusions. Because i am not making judgement here. this is a fine post. Dougie had tough row to hoe of that there should be no doubt. btw i think something aside the business OP was found out. But cleaning house is just that. Terry and Kim have full ownership of every move here on. that is what they want
  15. Hopefully all of them will get a look when it is time to build a staff. If they are worth their weight, i would like to hope most guys who are at the senior level know who shines. it was more important to hit a full refresh for Pegulas. I honestly think, they want to fully and completely want to be the ones to "own up" when the BNuts come pecking. This is a quality that endears them to me. Even if they are wrong from here on, that want to be the Focus of our insatiable ire. No more pinning the tail upon a donkey/flavor of choice/the week for media. Kirby i know you take this personally to some degree, and i respect it. But I feel the cream of those who were employed at OBD will be employed again somewhere. and the others will work hard to up their game. ps i was one who mentioned more than once that promoting Fischer and Monos being pretty awesome moves. Pegula did the right thing. Hopefull we are all better for it in the long run
  16. The NFL is a glaringly obvious high turnover at any level these days. The romance is definitely out the door in our current era. traditions etc. And as so many here have said. Its a business. Money is good I guess. But it seems to the root cause of some things i do not care for. The degradation of the word "Team" to start with : (
  17. But you pet did make the phone call? You have a great analogy. I chuckled heartily ! I hope Cardale can honestly push Yates off the roster and into Coaching for the Bills in the QB room at least. a win for everyone I think. even Woodrum. he goes to PS
  18. I am thinking i was misunderstanding the quotes i read. Thanks for setting me straight. I see no where that Sean made the final decisions. although knowing what we know. Why wouldn't McD be the strongest influence in the room ? thanks for the detail Yolo
  19. Pegula was asked the question about whether McD ran the draft and he answered directly. Doug Whaley set the up and ran the draft. We all should know that Whaley got Coach his players. That's what Doug has always done. I see no point in arguing it any more.
  20. This is a dramatic restructuring. I felt strongly Bills had some fine scouts. especially pro scouts. right thing to do ? probably. But this is reset might ask us for even more patience. stupid Rex Compassion should always be in play. did not our beloved Terry weep ? aint easy making that call. he knows what they just did.
  21. I might agree. but we shall see. I was raising the flag for Howard by the time the draft kicked off
  22. I cannot get down on Jim after Jeff was thankfully relieved of his "doodies". Smart fellow. You are not ever going to get rid of Russ. so just accept it. lie to yourself if need be folks
  23. why he most certainly was !
