  1. Each team is in a different dynamic. Supporting cast, including QB. Type of game they run that allows for the Top Rec to be as efficient as possible, and honestly 26, i think exxpectations looking forward. Such as having to pay Watkins next year if he even accepts the offer. Perhaps a thoughtful plan would be to lock up another high end Rec in the draft next year with that pick to start and have him come play four years at a much lesser salary. Just a thought CB
  2. Its a Valid argument. If it was Robert Woods, and yes we have had that discussion too, it we be less important. But when you have number one in skill set, buy a country mile, who is on the field but less than 100% or not getting full reps? i think its kind of important from a Coaching perspective. There is no question he was not used to his potential . And often used as a decoy on routes I might be in line with this thinking. Tough call though from the outside looking in
  3. I agree but there have been circumstances where a team is willing to roll the dice a bit. I mean this offer is while Sammy is still not on the field
  4. depends on what they know about that foot doesn't it. and maybe they just don't think he fits in the new mold ? and heck yes we hope he gets healthy and kicks a** !
  5. Seems to me if you are always trading down the GM will always get a break ( not a bust ) from the fans. No one is moaning about White who was gimpay already HA !
  6. Thanks for the post 66 ! Good conversation starter . Thanks
  7. I bet you are not far off Brother !! That's why Bills should never trade up for anyone. You can't bust if The Bills traded down to getcha. Right ?
  8. they are bringing in Streeter to look at from Oakland. i worry
  9. Should provide some insight into Sean's flexibility and ability to adapt to the players he has to work with. He is not going to attain Carolina styled defense this year for sure. I look forward to how he responds this season into next too.
  10. that's just awful. waay too young Great player for sure !
  11. and this is the Pegula difference. They want to hire the best, and their intentions are noble ! But even they have learned, the hard way perhaps, there is a rather steep learning curve. I think it was Nikolai Tesla who said that actually but Thomas A. Edison loathed his genius and twisted his quotes up to degradate his genius
  12. agreed. That is one heck of a room being assembled seems reasonable. I shall give it a go !!
  13. is it Ritchie Blackmore when with Deep Purple ? Oh, and best of luck Reggie !!
  14. I am sure he felt dramatic change was coming. Pegulas are of course at fault how the messages got so mixed within OBD. But their character was not the reason for the mess.
  15. I am going to hold you to that Brother !! and that is as reasonable as we can be I think
  16. Whaley went out with class. Thats speaks worlds about his relations with the Pegulas to me. I might assume the Pegulas also felt need to clean house and his reset. Seems a like a lot infighting, or at least that was the undertone i picked up on. They grabbed Sean who has a strong clear, and precise vision. The connections to make it happen. Does not mean he will succeed though. I appreciate continuity of vision and effort. Sean offers that to the Pegulas. Hit a reset from what had turned into a clusterf==k. Best wishes to Whaley
  17. and Pats are relentless. Be interesting see if this goes anywhere. Seems like mam bear wants Tommy to stay at home at the very least
  18. Always appreciate your efforts Erik ; ) he regressed in a couple of things. But i have to lay some blame on the revolving receiver corps. That was nearly silly in how the team was staffed. Bring back whats his name from his second retirement from headaches? tanking?
  19. I support john as i do all of you idiots you're next
  20. if it was game one of the season, sure. but every yard mattered and it was the season on the line.
