I think most important feature the New Era Staff bring is the ability to adjust. Not just game to game. But at halftime and during the game. The way they flex the rotation on defense is fairly decent. Matchup aware. But to involve the players in hope of maximizing the potential? and then employing ? That's at least half smart. I like it. And surely "situational awareness" , has it's levels of meaning. Fun so far ! For sure !

I would like to know abit more about them as rushers sooner than later. When they dress Tolbert and play him, they might find better ways to use him. Wear the Defensive 7 down with some heavy packages maybe ?

which season.. Bills have had difficulty drafting right up until whaley had the reins. Certainly couldn't draft a QB if he was standing in front of Nix . Then the pro scouting got really good but the drafting was still iffy. Hope next year is still trending up

agreed. Incognito mentioned quite recently that Dennison is mixing back in some power run game. Richie said he plays best in space and Coaches are listening. I think Wood does as well and Miller has shown he can get down field in the run game. Our run game vs their run D is the matchup i want to focus on. Bengals are tough Team front seven and now Burfict is back. Hope he is rusty and Tolbert breaks his nose

Good post in regard to what Buffalo is likely to do. I think they should just work him out all season. keep talking to him. Maybe even next year if he "trusts The Process" Some WRs want to go to a serious contender. Some just want to get the money, and everything in between. Hope Marcel just keeps his head down and gets to work I was cheering when he was picked. And I have not given up on him. Never liked Gilmore starting draft day. I tried.

Good to read your notes, from someone who knows much more than me about those details. I think the quality of depth is at least as important as who the Bills are starting. You just know you will have to rotate guys in over the season. Offenses often look and try to take advantage of the weakest links. Pretty cool how T White recovered. But when EJ Gaines goes down Sharece comes in. Is that enough for a couple games? Leonard Johnson? one of my areas of worry is secondary depth, We know they will develop it over time. But it will be my concern till they do

concussed Bringing back players has been an interesting story to watch. Gotta think these guys know they can be called back an time and have been made aware of that. The Be ready mentality. I can see Lee being called back up depending. Build a team outside of the 53 you can pluck from and not lose too awful much. I know they are back of the roster guys. But maybe ones who can get up to speed quickly and know the expectations ?
