Rico needs to show us his ability to adjust the Offense. Get the run game moving the ball. And I do not care how he does it. Not real please with him so far. It is nice how they went to using Shady in the pass game. But he needs to get both run and pass game fired up.

i think this sums it quite nicely. I have been liking the Kid since day one. Truth still is early drafted CB who are starting will get found out and fast. He doesn't realize how well he has done. He epitomizes my kinda football player and person as well. Lets just hope that is the Culture and process McB speaks of. and hope it is contagious. Go T ! Go Bills !

Logan Thomas is the key right now. he needs to put it together . Catch the pass and run like hell. and get that zone blocking figured out. it is not a huge stretch from basketball again. simply they are running a very different Offense than they were last year with all new receivers. and a bit less talented ones, so far. and last years kind of were in question. and now we can't run either Dennison owns whatever is going on. or what isn't I do love the term efficient.
