One of the things this staff has done, especially this full offseason for McBeane and Co. is to get the Folks in place they wanted all along. Lots of cross pollination and knowledge transfer from multiple disciplines of Football. well McCarron also is the type of passer who the Bills want to implement and Offense around. Tyrod had to be worked around to his game. AJ can play more of a pocket passer role for Castillo O Line tendencies. Much easier to protect a pocket passer and less hard to defend to break off and get yards.
