It was more about the backstory. How he got this far, His Dad. He is a Bills Fan hope. It is how many of us think i suppose. and he could play football. But the odd were again , not in his favor. Good Kid Good story. wish him well !

Thats why it was so cool they said they were addressing each player individually. I thinks that is a fine way to build a team and longer term relations with players. Much like in business and I suppose in personal life a good mantra might be.. " don't burn bridges " Bills seem to be a Team of Character and consistency on the business side. i like it. and yes ya gotta have faith and trust at some point in your Team to be working hard and smart.

you seem angry. I do not want any of them cut. But some of them really should have worked harder on their craft and just did not. TE and WR are tough cuts i guess. Secondary now appears to have depth. I wish Bills were cutting some better players though. Even some of the starters really should be cut. i will not single anyone out though...

Play Rod Streater till he gets injured again. this ties in to my 7 WRs on PS theory lol. he is a + in the WR room. Veteran who knows the game and has some speed. Have him mentor that Alabama kid all the while. ( unless he gets picked up in a heartbeat hahah ! ) as suggested in another thread

I think he will come along nicely, over time. Thinking he has a nice career ahead of him.. Needs more time more reps . but yes i think he does fit right in I was about to write something similar. Thomas plays as a bit of a WR. and has stepped up a bit. Croom or Thomas and PS the others. and Ps 7 wrs. and hope one or two of them develops quickly !!
