My concern about G Williams is how he asks his players to play each down and being borderline illegal with hands etc. This will show up in the trenches. Punch their faces in early and the Bills will own the game. and we have the Boys to get that done. Run the heavy package and punish them up front with Gore Then let Singletary do his thang. then Foster and Brown can get crazy

If they can keep him as a PS player he will get time to dial in the NFL style of play. Perhaps give him some duty as a hybrid TE. Croom used to line up outside, so is suspect Daboll could make good use of Duke. He is still raw from a NFL route running/blocking perspective. Hopefully Croom has developed his route running and hands skills as well. More assets the better
