  1. I have always taken this view point. Gilmore was not pleased to play for Buffalo. Never was .It was nice of McD to let him go find his home. Coulda tagged him. but i imagine they had a talk. regardless . Now we have my favorite CB playing for the Bills. and plenty of upside with this Kid. Lets work on the other side of the hash marks, after paying Mr White. never look a gift Horse in the mouth. Trust they are a blessing to be rewarded Go Bills
  2. Height 6′ 1″, Weight 216 lbs I apologize UB now that was a sin ! awesome ! lol and you are correct
  3. If he has trouble blocking up the blitz , not easy to keep him when running option plays.. Tough situation for an OC. I think he should have pase more to Gore in the flats or checked down to him No way : )
  4. its true How tall was/is Fred ?
  5. expect as much. But i think earnest work need to be put in from both Allen and his catching TEs
  6. and a jugs machine in his swimming pool. garage, neighbors yard, and in his front lawn at the street side mailbox for when he opens the door to get the newspaper all sleepy eyed. I think you can sign Hooper or an equal
  7. I read as much. When he gets a bead on the plays he is top notch. But his lack of position discipline was the red flag on . is he Coachable? Because he sure as heck is an athlete. be interesting as heck to see where Bills think he fits. Can he play the coverage McD demands or is his a pass rusher and no more. looking forward to this offseason into preseason and how some of these kids come along
  8. Honest . A good look from folks i want to respect moving forward . well done McBeanes BTW Weo Josh can handle the truth and so can we. Team game. Coaches on down. everyone can build off this season and and an earned Playoff Game
  9. come quite a way to become a player to be aware of. 33 coming downhill "sht" gonna hurt
  10. some of this aint nothing wrong with that. But get it right and grab from your tier one. excellent point about Ravens. New bar set by them
  11. You might be correct here to most fans dismay. I am going to say it, and it is not a negative intention. Josh is not getting the ball to anyone consistently. or are they catching them with any more % than the TEs. I do not expect the WRs or the TEs to be what will be fixed. Good QBs make their Receivers look good. Knox will become a better blocker and look balls in. and still have a Beast mode in him. Sweeney will learn with reps. he has decent hands but been on PS and was not ready for prime time. Kroft ? I feel strongly he will never be the player he was. The injuries have taken their toll. But Bills might renegotiate his contract and if so likely keep him on. Smith is bitter pill for us. This might depend on who is OC next year. but he does beat the snot out of Defensive players when he not getting called for something stupid. Croom i keep laughing about LOL But yes they could keep them all. disclaimer Bills picked up Kroft before the draft, and the scored decently twice in said draft last year. OOPs and everyone is upgradable. Have to think that way. another good Post Maj. I am being a bit contrary. Allen need to make his pass catchers better than he has to date. he needs to take this offseason to do just that. Then see who rises and who falls. Let Beanes do what Beane does of course : ) Good thread
  12. Yessir. as well you should. building sustainable success is not quick and easy. its top to bottom and back up again. But you already knew that. I believe in McBeanes and Pegulaville as well. This what rooting for an organization and Folks Should feel like. Go Bills
  13. well well. you can always draft another one right ? no kidding : ( Flushed out of the pocket takes on new meaning when running backwards ala Tyrod perhaps good post which is it then ?
  14. Good post. One of the things we have to be patient on ( and i am the worst offender ) is Josh finding the open guy when things break down.being aware of check downs and making use of them. Comes with time , exp and growth/maturity. If they shut down Beasley, and they were likely determined to. You have to look at the other options. Combination of Coaching and QB. and throwing the ball away from the pocket when you see the Blocking was wrong. Throw it long and hard over everyone. Some say it is the skills set. But we shut down Hopkins for a half and he is the best or quite nearly. 11 players need to do their job. thats the answer imho and yes about RT
  15. new term to coin ? Like it penny stocks pay in pennies
  16. darned good post all of it
  17. Man cannot live on fruit alone, no matter how much wishes to
  18. agreed execution. execution and Off turnovers are still stumbling blocks. and in regards to McD and his ability to learn as a HC I think it is underrated . But heck yes , much work to be done. Losing sucks. but we improved from last year, and the year before. and the year before that. and the decade before that it is true. Lets see how they recover themselves next season. Thank gosh we are not going to need another rebuild
  19. It does not piss me of personally. Use to be fully immersed. But 4 losing SBs took the sails out of my wind. For me it is just fun. and it was. Next year will be too, Lets keep in mind how many Non fun years we have had. The answer is most of them This year was nailbiters each week Go Bills
  20. shrinkage? cold water cold feets concerned..
  21. Allen is the main reason we had to play overtime. even he knows it he will learn
  22. too simple an answer.but he us not ready for prime time lol
  23. twas a painful bit to watch , admittedly
  24. did you forget about he amazing 1st half already? or the 6+sacks
