I may have missed the part about being a number one. Vying for #1 ? perhaps ? and yes i wish there were more and better choices in FA. hedge the bet and draft for a rockstar then. Who will start or get earned reps early in the season and has a ceiling too high to reach in a year of NFL ! Perriman would improve the WR room we currently have. add to its breadth and depth. and maybe he will work his arse off and play like he did end of his season when asked to step up. He might end up being a bargain ? : )

I have said it multiple times. Josh is the factor. Not so much the Targets we have. Very good QBs make Ball Catchers look good. He did regress. He acted scared in a few games. Ravens he could not figure out what they were doing. And that may be Coaching. But he looked out of sorts and unable to regain his steadiness a number of games. and why they lost. He is young , i love him and he is Our future. Am very glad he and Daboll get another season together. Cuz Daboll wants to become a HC. and someone will make him that offer. McBeanes brought in about 15 linemen past season to raise that bar immediately higher. Beasley Brown Kroft and drafting Singletary were all nice upgrades. and they are ALL new to the team. And new to Allen. Josh takes another step forward this season ? and we will see those dump offs and 3 checkdown. Plus called screens. Key area to improve some very good posts in this thread btw ^

He i quite talented in my humble opinion. he is light and fast . he reads plays pretty well. he is used on the line and does decently there too. But he is too slight to finish RB tackles without risk. Flies around the field nicely though. I would not be quick to give him more money. He played above his pay , but that is what players should strive to regardless. He shows well this year ? someone will give him a payday. Loyalty bonus for him ? Sure. deserves something. Throw him some incentives

We fans are looking at results on the field and play to play. There certainly is more that the OC provides to his/her offense. Development is something we can see. But how all that is implemented and maintained and then improved is something we cannot see. The way all the Coaches interact and help each other grow and execute as a Group is big deal. Comes from the top. Have some faith in Daboll and what he is building. some reason he was getting interviews : )

if i had to trade one for the other? Last season. I am glad the Line was playing as fierce as i have seen a Bills line play in quite a good while. and damned glad of it ! But this season? we need to see them all clean up the mistakes , whether communication or execution. I like our line. get RT sorted and keep the depth we finally have.
