What AJ Espensa peers say about facing him...
3rdand12 replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
me too . Go Bills !! running outside the tackle does not do well to protect to passing / running lanes.. This kid is strong enough to push off his blocker and move inside or out when the play breaks down. -
Opinions on a hypothetical trade
3rdand12 replied to offsides#76FredSmerlas's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I love John Brown. Watched him play last year pretty closely. As he played Bills #1 Rec. Just great player. With Diggs taking that spot ? Brown and Beasley should be killing it. I would not be surprised to see Brown fighting it out for Top Receiving yards and other stats. No longer need a #1 WR now we gots 1a and 1b. Go Bills ps never get greedy my friend : ) -
Do we have the Deepest D-Line in the league?
3rdand12 replied to Dkollidas's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It is a good post. That have another sort of rotation working in as well. Age. Solid vets, each one. Who are leaders and likely can teach quite a bit. 3 -5 years from now you refill the well. Simple genius Develop players to best players they can be , and then teach them to mentor the next generation. Solid Coaching method for the NFL. Simple and very effective for long term excellence. and other team sport i imagine ?? Maybe Sabres need some McBeanes running the show lol -

yes and yes and yes. Nice place to be as I am sure that was McBeanes goal. next draft? LBs lots of em ! In every shape and form to defend against any sort of defense lol -
RD 3, Pick 86: RB Zach Moss, University of Utah

Very well done Indeed ! you are my new friend for sure ! this is fact for those that care. This year is going to be awesome for Bills Offensively. just too many weapons to defend. McBeanes are Team builders extraordinaire : ) -
RD 2, Pick 54: DE AJ Epenesa, University of Iowa

especially when they can bring the blitz from anywhere as long as the front four are doing their jobs. and the back end can remain steady. Coverage sacks are fine by me : ) -
Rd 4, Pick 128: WR Gabriel Davis UCF

: ) best band ever though for real. just very not my thing. Bob Dylan wrote the rolling stone song didn't he ? this. I was hoping for complimentary RB in the draft. I won. ecstatic with this pick Go Bills -

I predicted Bills would pick someone who was high quality and who dropped so far they could not say no. Regardless of position. And that is exactly what they did. Friday morning he was picked to go very early second rd after falling from the 1st. He is likely a better Lawson with some upside if he develops his game. Decent pick for sure by McBeanes at 54 Welcome to the Bills ! -
At 54 the Bills will take? Your guess here!!
3rdand12 replied to DJB's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No representation of Us 1% r's : ( I will quietly ponder the pick well into preseason or longer. Beane does find nice things for us so far I must admit. i expect they will pick a playert hat has dropped to them and they cannot say No. God Loves the Bills and lifted the Curse for us. Go Bills -
Lion got Bodine ? What in the world ?

My pick for the 2nd round - Jonathan Taylor
3rdand12 replied to John from Riverside's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It might be best to add a complimentary RB this draft. And i would prefer downhill runner who can pass block. Perhaps look to upgrade to Yeldon after the draft. Spending the first round pick on Diggs changed the whole approach IMHO. Bills second pick in the draft needs to be successful whatever position it is , and we need to add a running back who can split carries with Singletary for sure , however you get there. -

No . absolutely not. and I like the Kid. But he a somewhat of a project to gain an all around game. I say no for another reason as well. Since we no longer have 1st round pick ? Gotta nail this one, maybe even drop out of 54 if an offer arrives and they have their eye on someone dropping for them. i think RB might be better found a bit later in the with very good value and can play rookie season. still keep Yeldon as insurance. Allen need either a great Pass blocking RB or one who can catch. Devin can run the ball just fine. If true ? Then yes that sounds more like what Bills could use : ) -
Which running back do you hope the Bills draft and why?
3rdand12 replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
But why not to Gore. he has sure hands and came open regularly. It seemed to me Devin needs work on blocking . Blitz pickup and technique. and i too hope they work on HB passes. They need another RB Question simply is , big back to get the yards with loaded defense ? Or player who can turn the corner and has the vision to burn corners and safeties/ I vote BOTH The guy is a fumbler. not reliable hands whatsoever -

ws it Allen or play calling Gore was often free coming off hi blocking. But yes, they need that in the arsenal and Offense takes off so you guys are likely agreed ? Bills should be able to acquire one of these RBs being discussed here ? I see mid and late round grade from you folks. -

yes. I would like two as well. to play for Jones and Yeldon. But J Taylor. No good reason : ) Honestly i would love them to get one who be ready ASAP though tough with this years circumstances to get any rookies up to speed this year. -

Good shtuff and fun to watch Bill do Bill things.pretty impressive that this happens while the whole organization watches the implosion quietly
