  1. Cool, you're going to the Bahamas?
  2. Worse travesty is not making Frank Reich our HC. His offense is dynamic and will be really fun to watch. They're just now getting into their groove and I think they'll be going on a late season run.
  3. .1% chance to make the playoffs. And yes, it's using the team's season to predict future outcomes.
  4. It's funny that you would say that there's a 10 percent chance because there's actually a 0.1% chance. See for yourself.
  5. Long after he's gone, the image of Hughes getting blatantly held with no flags is how I'll remember him.
  6. October 18, 2018: New York Giants added WR Corey Coleman to the practice squad. September 20, 2018: New England Patriots added WR Corey Coleman to the practice squad. September 18, 2018: New England Patriots cut WR Corey Coleman. September 17, 2018: New England Patriots waived WR Corey Coleman. September 11, 2018: New England Patriots signed WR Corey Coleman. September 2, 2018: Buffalo Bills cut WR Corey Coleman. September 1, 2018: Buffalo Bills waived WR Corey Coleman. August 6, 2018: Cleveland Browns trade WR Corey Coleman to the Buffalo Bills. November 16, 2017: Cleveland Browns activated WR Corey Coleman from the IR/Designated for Return list.
  7. I feel bad for him because he actually looked good in preseason so there's added confusion to the whole "he's terrible narrative". It will probably fill him with a lifelong regret. If he just came out and was atrocious in practice, preseason, and got cut I think it would be more of a "I guess I didn't have what it takes" thing. This guy got to taste being named the starter of an NFL team to begin the season, only to get yanked at half time. He has other infamous follies, but that's actually the one I'm most impressed with. He clearly possessed the NFL-readiness that helped him get starts in the NFL. It's the constant squandering that will eat at him forever.
  8. He also has a strange tendancy to get absoluted blasted off the field in like a third of his games.
  9. It's an incredibly weird situation, we can all agree on that. If we weren't on the trajectory of being the worst offense since the pass was invented (before today) this would be easier to answer.
  10. When did I say that? I was making a joke...
  11. You could be 60 years old and still be too young to remember Kemp.
  12. How come we never really see Ferguson honored by the team? Unless someone can refresh my memory, I don't seem to recall him being at a game or anything in the last 20 years? I'd love to see him lead the charge and get re-acclimated with the team as an alumni. I hope there's no bad blood there.
  13. We could kneel it every down on offense and still win with our D getting touchdowns. If we played for real, I think they easily clear 28 points.
  14. Incredibly, amazingly...improbably, that offense was somehow more dynamic than it currently is. A 98 or 99 yard TD pass comes to mind.
  15. Here's the boxscore for anyone interested. The funny thing is, this was the week following the infamous 6-3 Browns game. Everyone remembers Trent running out of bounds as the end of his time here, but he actually started the Jets game the OP is referring to, and Fitzpatrick came off the bench and took over for the rest of the year. I always remember the 09 Bills as the weird TO season, but looking back it was really just such a mess of a year... Jauron went 3-6 before finally getting canned. Fitzpatrick came in and won some games and Fred made his debut as our best RB despite it being his third year with us. Byrd had 9 INTs in 11 games. We canned our OC and went with Alex Van Pelt right as the season began. Crazy year. God we were terrible, but somehow still better than we are today.
  16. Not sure I agree with your assumption that he has no ego. I also don't think him being defensive at a press conference after yet another blow out loss should be considered revealing a secret or revealing some plan. Not sure why some are so excited to give these guys the benefit of the doubt. This wasn't this first time we were an "other team pulls off a win away" from the playoffs. It actually just happened last year. Do you know what happens if Baltimore wins that game? Yes, we miss the playoffs, but do you know what it comes down to? Our tie breaker with the Chargers when he put in Peterman. He really was one play away from being an absolute laghing stock, but sure give him the benefit of the doubt.
  17. I actually found McDermott's unprompted self promotion and reminder of his alleged turn arounds to be uncalled for and an attempt to grasp at legitimacy in the NFL. He also mentioned making the playoffs for the first time 18 years. He came off to me as wildly defensive and feeling to need to prove he belongs. It was annoying, but whatever. He knows. They are playing bad in all phases, they're undisciplined, the roster is a joke, there's no half time adjustments, and yet this is somehow the plan? Give me a break.
  18. Well said. The "they planned to do it" narrative is hilarious. Is there even evidence of an NFL team doing this wit success? The Browns are still terrible.
  19. How many times did Jauron get blown out?
  20. welcome to the dark side
  21. hey guys, relax... he's been working in this photoshop since last year. it was more relevant then.
  22. did you consider at least sorting it by win % before taking that screenshot or...
  23. Umm... John Brown signed this offseason with the Ravens...
