  1. Think of it this way -- we wouldn't have Dareus if it wasn't for Stevie's drop. Boy, I love the Bills as well
  2. Relax. We're all entitled to our opinions. Pre season is where you get the rust off and try things out in a simulated game atmosphere. I would think that you'd want to give your go-to KRs a chance to shake the rust off. That's my two cents. You contradict yourself anyway. If the Bills should try Easley out at KR but all the kicks will sail past him, what's the point? Thanks for the condescending questions, though.
  3. He was heavily scrutinized for his piss-poor play against GB -- so, probably.
  4. Point taken, but I think almost everyone could see that Stevie was a star in the making when he began in the system. He stood out in camps, preseason, etc. but DJ refused to give him a shot. As soon as he had a chance, I knew he'd succeed. I just don't feel the same way about Donald tbh. Obviously this is based on what I've seen previously and a hunch, so I could very well be wrong.
  5. just like any player rankings, it's based on opinion. Not trying to be hostile or anything but what has he done to earn the #2 position? I thought Roosevelt was lights out last year when given the opportunity. Jones was average at best imo
  6. lol worth a try I guess... He didn't look good at DT
  7. After watching the pre-season, I'm going with Carrington
  8. If we have 4 guys who can do it, shouldn't the pre-season be an open competition btw them to see who emerges as #1? 5 good KRs is completely unecessary imo
  9. I didn't like Jones at all last year. Maybe, I hold some unfair bias towards him but I just don't think he's a good player. I'd rather Easley or Roosevelt IMO
  10. Good point.
  11. I know, I just don't know why they kept doing it in pre-season. And I just don't think there's anything special about the guy. His size is above average, but that doesn't mean too much in the NFL. Fitz is a gunslinger so I'm sure he'll put up decent numbers. With that being said, I think he should be lined up as the #2 WR. I think he has alot more promise than Jones (I thought Roosevelt was better than Jones as well). The kid obviously has alot of potential, but he needs to work on some things. I hope your prediction is more accurate than mine.
  12. Sorry. The idea of him lining up at KR just annoys me in a different manner, I guess. I think Easley will be alright at WR but people on this board SEVERELY overvalue him. I will stick to the main point of this thread now.
  13. Rivers is an animal. They also got Spikes and Bob Sanders in FA to improve their defense
  14. True. I'd love to see Spiller lined up in the slot alot this year.
  15. Good call! I forgot about him
  16. Patriots win superbowl over either Packers or Falcons... Saints and Chargers also come close. Bills 8-8
  17. I like Donald, but he's gotta be the worst #2 WR in the league. Love Roscoe in the slot though
  18. I don't get it, especially since we have Spiller, McKelvin (fumbler, but ELECTRIC), Freddy, Roscoe, etc.
  19. Good point (if that's true -- I didn't look it up).
  20. How are we every going to improve if we don'r address these positions? I understand that they (Pats) are a much more attractive free agent market. We need to start drafting tackles early; enough of this first-round RB ****. Not every good team is a result of glamorous free agents.
  21. CB? Really? They already have Tillman and don't have any great safeties that I can think of. Strange...
  22. I have a feeling they'll run the ball ALOT if he's playing injured. The Chiefs know what Williams, Dareus and Merriman are capable of. Obviously I think they'll pass when necessary, but expect a large dose of Jones/Charles if Cassel isn't 100%
  23. Absolutely. I think you gameplan alot differently with Palko as the starter. Cassel isn't great, but he's cerebral enough to pick up on blitzes and will give the ball to McLuster, Bowe and Baldwin which could hurt us.
  24. For the first time in a long time, I'm not worried about teams running all over us. Obviously it's a key to the game, but I'm not overly concerned
  25. He sucks man. He is absolutely useless in the 3-4 system. As a 4-3 defensive end, at least he is somewhat productve as he can put pressure on the qb once or twice a game. However, he CANNOT contain, is always in the wrong position, gets thrown around by bigger, meaner guys, and simply does not have the talent to be an impactful NFL player. I do not understand how Bills fans can still vouch for this guy. And I'm putting his ridiculous contract aside when I say this.
