  1. Good guess, but no... Keep 'em coming
  2. Guess which NFL running back bust these 3 year rushing stats belong to: Att_____Yds_____TD______Lng 181........697.........2............32 120........488.........5............56 183........742.........5............46 Post your guesses here, for fun, don't google it, just guess who you think it is, anyone can narrow it down with the interweb... I'll post the correct answer at Noon eastern time..
  3. Fixed.... please don't make that mistake again(I was at that game)
  4. Modrak never had final say in anything he was Ralph's Meat Muppet, but no sympathy from me. Grow a spine and tell the old dust bag to go play tennis. He did'nt do that, so here we are, one less "yes man" at 1 Bills Drive
  5. Don't Worry, this will happen regardless.
  6. This draft looks good on paper, but time will tell regardless. I would have liked to see a strong O-linemen drafted in the 2nd round, but I'm no draft expert, and I have no idea how deep those positions were at the time we were picking
  7. I don't follow anyone on twitter, simply because I don't give a **** what anyone else is doing with their lives in a cyber environment. Donte uses it because he needs validation because his mommy didn't love him enough as a child. If he was a top talent, he wouldn't need that social nitwit media tool anyway. Remember kids, You can't spell Whitner without whiner.
  8. I am OK with whatever people want to post in their own threads, but when the random opinion bashing, or internet tough guy nonsense occurs when somebody doesn't agree with your views, that's when I get nauseated with the banter around here. OR if someone thinks a thread is dumb, or ill-thought out, why even make a comment? If you don't like it, and have nothing to add, or even have a counter point that's not an insult, then what do you have to gain from it? Trust me, nobody thinks your half-witted, or smartassed comments are cool except you.
  9. Ahem.... Mr Nix, If you're reading this, do me, every Bills fan on this planet, your children, their children, your neighbors, and the entire population of Guam A FAVOR, PLEASE DO NOT PICK CAM NEWTON. Wait... I meant to say PLEASE DO NOT PICK CAM NEWTON...DON'T LOOK AT HIM, BUY HIM COFFEE OR EVEN WAIVE TO HIM. HELL, DON'T EVEN TAKE A WIZ NEXT TO HIM IN THE MENS ROOM. Unless you want to be the guy who goes down in history as the one who discovered a thinner and dumber version of jamarcus Russell. That is all.... good talk.
  10. Sorry PTR the blue pants suck Donkey spunk big time, and these unis are, in my opinion, the worst uniforms just next to the current ones in team history. Grey face masks too? Lame. No effort put into this uniform change at all, no attempt made at studying what the team's fan base loves most (Throw-Backs, see the highly successful Sabres uniform change), and completely not in line with what looks good in the NFL today. This team has now officially become a train wreck, no, worse... an obese woman in spandex pants and an ill-fitted shirt in the mall. You don't want to look, but find it difficult to look away, but don't dare laugh or point, because that's just not a classy or morally decent thing to do. Well, this is the Bills, the laughing stock of professional sports, and people are laughing, and people are pointing. Hey Russ, I'm in for updates.... keep it coming, but one question... do you have a running bet on how much mindless and stupid stuff you can pull off without getting ****-canned? It simply can't be that you are this stupid, could it?
  11. The Bills franchise misfortunes are a paradox waiting to happen. For example: If you build a time machine to go back in time to prevent a tragedy from occuring, something else will bad will happen in order for your time machine to exist. If the Bills had started Doug Flutie in lieu of Flop Johnson, something else would have occurred that day to prevent them from winning, like an int return for a touchdown in the final minutes of a doug flutie comeback attempt, or like the year before when Eric Moulds fumbling on a sure touchdown in Miami(that's what the world saw, I saw something else happen, I have a time mahcine) so I speak from experience here. No matter what this team does, they will always be just what we thought they were until someone else owns them. someone very wise once said "If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got" I still love watching them though.
  12. With every fiber of my being I hope so. I don't want the slightest temptation or possibility we could possibly land him. This franchise does not need the 2nd coming of aaron maybin.
  13. if there was a franchise QB to pick, then you'd have a point, but if you think Gabbert is a can't miss franchise QB you stand alone there amongst the experts, and if you think Cam Newton is the franchise QB you seek, then I'll go ahead and say it is you who is delusional. He'll be lucky to start for the Rough Riders in 3 years.
  14. while it seems like there is a lot of time to still get a new deal done, neither side is willing to bend on several issues, and the owners are in good financial position to go ahead and shut down 2011, even without the TV money. In my view, i don't see them playing any games at all this year.
  15. Cam Newton... but that one to me is glaringly obvious.
  16. Regionalizing the team is a great idea, and the challenges a smaller market team faces are corporate sponsorship dollars, not season ticket holders, the Bills have had no trouble selling seats to the current area. That's never been the problem. Getting corporate sponsorship from these regional cities is a challenge, but not impossible. If this little fiasco in the Rogers Centre brings a few over the border to actually fill suites, advertise in the stadium, or hold events in their town that involve the Bills Franchise, then great. I clearly see moving games out of 1 Bills drive as counter productive for both the team and WNY. While the area is struggling with the economy, and NY state choking off one business after another, it is by and large, a very populated area from a season ticket holder perspective. I think way too many people involved with the organization have been hypnotized by Ralph's decades long rant about how it's no longer possible to keep the team in the area. I can't for the life of me see how the team could ever be successful playing less home games than the rest of the league, whether you choose to accept that or not is up to you, but the reality is that as long as the BIlls are a Buffalo team, Toronto will always be a neutral site AT BEST. A winning team is not going to sway a die hard Miami fan or Steelers fan in Toronto into a Bills fan.
  17. What would have been smarter in my opinion, is selling some advertising and luxury suites to all these Toronto based businesses that may do business either in the states, or have a large client base in the Canadian viewing area. But that was probably too hard, and would have exposed Russ Brand-Boob as the fraud that he is. Instead, he chose to rob WNY of 1 out of ONLY 8 home games the area gets each year. Thanks Russ for the punch to the back of the head...
  18. Thank goodness someone with a negative view of the team has joined the board.
  19. Newton, we have enough garbage on this team.
  20. that's because they play us twice, and we don't have a tight end on the roster.
  21. Interesting how people think Ralph Wilson isn't cheap, when as I opened this thread, I had just watched a top 10 show on NFL network, and see, of all people Pete Gogolak and his kicking style as one of the most significant Game changing occurrences, and what does he say? (Paraphrasing of course) I was performing very well, and ask the Bills for a raise, they said NO, then the NY Giants offered me more money, and so I went" All the players this team has lost over the course of 50 years is stunning, and yes, every team loses players, but this team seems to at a ridiculous rate. He is merely running the team like a business in the black, and keeping it from having a financial impact on his family once he departs, you can complain, or try to say otherwise, but those are the cold hard facts. That's not to say he hasn't had his moments of spending, and in one case the team did very well, and in another case (TD era) they didn't, he is not about to go down that road again.
  22. There's not too many people that will miss him around here. He was underwhelming for most of his time here with the exception of the '08 season opener against seattle. He was very solid as a player at times, but nothing a team with the worst yards against the run will miss. Someone mentioned the PayToilets picking him up to shore up their weak defensive line, and people want to think that was a good move, I'd love to see the threads around here if Buddy Nix picked him up from the Raiders or detroit.
  23. i was waiting for one of these threads to pop up.... another "what do we have to lose" or "Maybe Chan can make a winner out of (insert washed up or talentless assbag QB name here)" threads. Yes Chan Gailey can bring out the best on average talent, but maybe JUST maybe these lousy players get cut simply because they suck, and don't actually have what it takes to lead a team, and while I love Chan Gailey's ability to get the most out of a player, I have a hunch he cannot save garbage from the dumpster. Sometimes another mans trash is actually a bag of trash.
  24. he looked better in the 2nd half of that clip. In the 1st half, he looked a lot like Leon Seals, the 2nd half he did seem to resemble Reggie White. I really hope the Bills don't screw up this pick, from my signature, you can see who I think would be a wasted pick.
