We have a lot of ex Bills that are quality starters on other teams. Whitner, Lynch, McGahee, Peters, Greer, Bannon to name but a few. Everytime someone walks we have to re-draft that position missing positions that have long been in need. Losing quality always kills us.

His thinking is not that radical. Would you trade your first three picks for a number 1 QB? Answer is yes. So use the first three, draft three and odds are you find the guy that can do it.

We should be pleased. Fitz gives us the best chance to get a better draft pick. Some fans want us to throw the game in order to improve our draft position. Well leaving GAiley and FItz to their normal standard of play gives us the best chance to achieve that. I liked Chan but he is now irrelevant in any discussion about decisions made by a head coach.

Is there a coach that is more cancerous to his team on game day than Chan Gailey? I don't care if he would have lost the challenge but you have to throw the flag on SJ's pass where he took two steps, crossed the line then lost the ball when he hit the ground. At some point in time you have to back your players. Chan has lost this team. He screwed up Lindell several times. His head is not in the game. He knows nothing of game strategy nor how to play the refs. He has to go.

I can see it now, Bills play TJ at QB the last two games, winning both. He looks fabulous. we miss drafting stud ND LB Mani Teo and draft non stud LB Mini Teo from palookaville. Bills pass on a QB until round 7. TJ wins 4 of the first five games in 2013. Bills sign him to 5 year $50MM payday making sure they don't lose him. Bills finish season 6-10. TJ goes 8 for 24 following years.
