  1. haha I keep seeing people say that. when to you give away the ball 5 times in the first half, you're beating yourself. people didnt expect the Bills to beat the Falcons, but they did. TT protected the ball and got them to a win against the defending NFC champs. LA is not great. their win isn't a reflection of anything else other than an outstanding pass rush, and a bad rookie qb. the Bills gave them their 4th win, with a ton of help. they played a clean game in terms of penalties, but it would have been a different outcome with TT in my opinion. may not have resulted in a blowout win, but it would have at least been competitive.
  2. according the chargers, and the film they watched of him during the pre-season, pressure is key. the chargers figured that out with a few minutes of pre-season film, and a few minutes from the saints game. granted they have the best pass rush in the league, but as they stated, they figured him out just like teams have with TT. the difference is TT can extend plays under pressure, or knows to take at least dump it off or take a sack, rather than throw an errant ball, leading to an int.
  3. that doesn't make sense. those losses didn't eliminate them from playoff contention. with that said, you're kind of implying that the coach threw away the season in order to evaluate a rookie. that again, contradicts what he's been telling the fan base since he got here.
  4. i'm going off what the coach said upon his arrival, and during interviews. he's stated multiple times that he is here to win games, and win games now.
  5. because they already had plans to rid the roster of TT when they got here. they asked the man to take a pay cut in order to stay on the team (essentially), and he obliged. they've never really wanted nor respected him. last week's decision is more proof. people have this inane animosity towards TT, which is absurd considering he's been nothing but model player and leader. he has flaws. if they want to move on from TT, fine, but don't disrespect the man.
  6. because McD stated they are looking to win games now. yet, as you just mentioned, he's making moves indicating long term decisions.....like benching your winning qb for 5th round rookie. that in itself makes him a hypocrite.
  7. haha everyone saying "boo boo" (as if they're actually whining), yet the chargers walked away with a win and made our coaching staff look completely inept, and our backup qb..well, we all know how they made him look. they felt disrespected, and that showed in their pass rush, 5 interceptions, and 30 point victory.
  8. yea i know, but they decided it was better to let him walk to a division opponent, and enter to '17 season with no rb2. the drop off on the run game and overall offense, can only be attributed to coaching decisions and roster changes.
  9. didn't fit the scheme...
  10. He did. Rightfully so. He's already shown that he isn't loyal as a HC. Makes really questionable decisions. I don't believe that a GOOD coach needs players to fit their system. A good coach adapts per talent available. He's a defensive coach with horrid defense and an offense that was not anemic until he touched it. Or were let go when they should have been retained.
  11. That's all you could muster? Darby should have never been traded. Period. Same with Gills. We still don't have a number two back. Maybe Cadet will take that role, but again, this coaching staff created holes that were already filled with talented players. Makes no sense.
  12. I wonder if you would offer TT this many excuses. other than the first int, the rest could have been avoided. you wanted a qb that passes. you got it.
  13. when a rookie coach comes in swinging a big stick and riding the roster of young talent, he needs to win now. those decisions had many people scratching their head, including the decision to bench 5.
  14. and ironically, better before that haha
  15. last year's home opener was a 37-31 loss to the jets. the largest deficit last year was a 20 loss to again, the jets (30-10). this season so far, there has been three in a row. like i said, they weren't too common until McD's defense got here.
  16. blowout losses weren't too common with TT at QB, until McD's defense got here.
  17. cool. that was last week. today they both played a half: Tyrod Taylor: 15/25 158yds Nathan Peterman: 6/14 66yds
  18. exactly. TT, while he may not win a shootout, he won't throw the game away either.
  19. he wasn't "bad" enough to be benched. especially when the defense has been putrid despite who's under center, for the past 3 games. they can't stop the run or 3rd down conversions. McD needs to focus on fixing that.
  20. fair question. McD made a very foolish decision. want to change qb, fine. not during the playoff hunt, on the road.
  21. hahahahah no other gif could be better
  22. because you opened this thread, and took time to post a response?
  23. maybe McD likes humiliation. I mean, 3 blowouts in a row...
