  1. unless that QB also "doesn't fit the scheme"...
  2. Definitely can't forgot Mr. Charles Wood! Before he sold Great Escape to Six Flags, he ensured that the campers would still be able to attend the amusement park free of charge. haha I honestly didn't know they ranked these. some of these are over the top hysterical!
  3. an amaaaazing organization. I could talk all day about it. been going there since I was seven. I volunteer now (31 yrs). Paul Newman changed so so many lives, profoundly. wonderful, wonderful man.
  4. "bite me", name calling, and emotion...great response. grow up, "mr. have you ever served your country"....but if you must know, I have Sickle Cell disease so I can't. i consider that a blessing if you ask me. if you'd like to know who I "serve", I suggest visiting doublehranch.org. that's whom I "serve". a camp for kids with chronic and terminal illnesses, founded by Paul Newman, who I had the pleasure of meeting at a young age. 100% of the proceeds from ALL Newman products fund his organization of camps. there is more than one way to "serve" you're clearly afraid of any opinion that conflicts with yours, hence the emotional and immature response. again, grow up.
  5. hm, well KC lost 5 of their last 6, and Mahomes was a first round draft pick (10th overall). there's quite a difference. ...and still it's not a great decision. KC had two players going for the same pass. they have bigger problems.
  6. I like his perspective. some disagree with his play prediction, but for those who aren't familiar with reads, it great and offers a unique insight. plus i like romo.
  7. a whole tread dedicated to the dislike of td celebrations... if you don't like them, leave. sound familiar? please. get off your high horse. read a book. gain some perspective, leave your arm chair and expose yourself to different viewpoints. it's not hard. don't be afraid. some people are given natural rhythm, and better coordination. let's leave high fives to the people who need to stare at an elbow in order not to miss. i'm sure you've missed many.
  8. hm, let's see. he didn't turn the ball over, which is something that cannot be said for Smith, or Pickman. ball security is more important than "taking shots downfield". teams who turn the ball over, often lose. the for Chiefs, for example. unless Zay threw to himself, im pretty sure TT had something to do with that.
  9. you didn't fix anything. keep chasing Pickman though.
  10. so that's what you're harping on? a pass that should have been intercepted, but instead was completed? haha ok.
  11. clearly not as many as NP thew in preseason and in the saints game to impress his supporters. you should be embarrassed, but you're likely not, which speaks volumes.
  12. I think this is an over simplification. he had a horrible game against the saints. the team as a whole did. the game against the jets he threw for 244 yards. the jets beat us on the ground. they rushed for 194 yds against the Bills' 64 yds. and the Bills lost 3 fumbles... this team's defense is tragic. in their last 3 games the've allowed the opponent to score 34pts, 47pts, and 54pts. TT should not have been benched without a clearly better replacement available.
  13. you don't start your rookie on the road (on the west coast no less), against the league's best pass rush. that move alone reflects extremely poorly on McD in many ways. honestly, he isn't putting either qb in the best position to win.
  14. when comparing previous seasons is no longer an option. simply look at last season vs this season. other than shipping away Gills (another silly move), this offense is the same. the only thing that changed, was the coaching.
  15. hah well look at the offense last season vs this season. the only thing that changed, other than losing Gills, was the OC and his approach. since the new regine got here, both sides of the ball have regressed.
  16. in today's climate, if you're for something than you're completely against something else. there is no compromise.
  17. your opinion is your opinion. it's definitely bias, but no one can tell you you're wrong. i think TT is above average, and given an OC and HC willing to build around his strengths (like other successful qbs), he would do very well. perhaps he'll land somewhere where the fan base isn't so inanely hostile.
  18. that's for the team's medical staff and the player to decide. not the fans sitting at home. and obviously they both agreed it wasn't needed.
  19. no he wasn't. Romo was injured and they put in Prescott. when Prescott performed, he performed well, very well. he did not debut with 5 picks in the first half. Romo wasn't benched in order to debut Prescott.
  20. how and why are you saying this? he has yet to show this. he had a few decent plays in preseason and at the end of the Saints game. he's yet to show that he is indeed that guy. he was given an entire half, and threw 5 picks. the single TD drive during the first half was ALL runs by 25. uh oh. could consistency be an issue? nah, he might want to go to the Church of INTs. I hear NP puts on a hell of a service.
  21. right over your head, huh? not surprised.
  22. you basically just contradicted everything you said before that statement....nice job. "spark" when you're in the midst of the playoff hunt? how about addressing the issues on defense rather than benching your starting QB for a 5th round rookie.
