We need to ease off on other fans' misery.
Just in Atlanta replied to BringBackFergy's topic in The Stadium Wall
I do have a soft spot for Browns fans. I've always thoughts Saints fans were a lot of fun, passionate, hospitable and knowledgeable. But ... Chiefs - no Texans - don't care Dolphins - nope Jax - worst fanbase in the NFL Jets - Hell no Pats - can't do it in a plane, in a train - no, non, nein, nyet -
Should NFL refs start being suspended for idiotic calls?

19 17 Bills. They prove they can finally win in ground and pound. -
Woke vapidness aside, and there's a lot of it goin 'round, given the new info released after this, it's impossible now to keep the guy. He had to go, if for the very least of insulting the boss but also for insulting an entire collection of people. If any of us had been found out for saying things like that at work, we'd be fired. Not a good look for him or the NFL.

When he felt like playing. To echo the sentiment here, Poyer and Hyde have been terrific. I'd also pick Takeo Spikes and Bryce Paup.

Why would anyone laugh at this response? He’s been a tremendous asset for this team. One of the best slot receivers in the league.

Yeah, and LaBatt's Blue Light is awful. There, I said it.

One Bills Live with Chris Brown and... Maddy Glab?
Just in Atlanta replied to Giuseppe Tognarelli's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’ve been saying this for years. He really needs some interview 101. Deeply frustrating to hear him ask a question and then either lead the source or answer the damn question. Otherwise, he’s fine. I like his takes Somebody buy Brown a damn microphone. Whenever he yells the sound is awful. I only cost like a couple hundred bucks. So I was listening to the Monday show today and noticed that Tasker was still missing. Anyone have an update on this? I think Maddy would make a good sideline reporter. A podcast host, no way -

To be honest, until last night, I actually thought that chant belonged to the Atlanta Braves. As a little kid, I went to a lot of Rangers games and thought "Let's go Rangers" da da da da da was unique too until I noticed that just about every team does that -- still. Then I learned "My Country Tis of Thee" is the exact same melody as "God Save the Queen" and our national anthem has the same melody as a British drinking song. Our own Bills fight song — whose time has long past IMO — is the ripped-off melody of the famous Isley Bros song.

A few Thoughts about the Chiefs Game, in no particular order
Just in Atlanta replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
Great reporting, as usual. My extra take: When Rousseau's near, you can feel the offense feeling his presence. When he wraps you, he takes you down a second quicker than other defenders. He positively engulfed the Chiefs skill players a few times. My God, Mahomes cries a lot. Not sure if this is his MO or if he was desperate. Teams going for it on fourth - what a sign that our offense is (still) explosive but (now) also diverse. Our D line never looked out of gas, even chasing Mahomes all over the place. We now have strength and depth defensively. I normally like Collinsworth but he got on my nerves, as well as the nerves of most Bills fans last night. In addition to his bad hot takes he also applauded Dawkins, who is well known statistically to be the worst lineman in the league during the first four games. Those flags! But it not just against the Bills. That roughing the passer call for Allen was also BS - it took away a Chiefs INT and you could argue the calls were worse against the Chiefs. These control freaks really need to chillax a bit and let them play the game. Wasn't there supposed to be more relaxing around holding this year? Allen would not be denied in the fourth. You could see it in his eyes. We have the No. 1 team in the AFC and there should be little debate. How cool is that? -
Over officious jerks. The bad flags went both ways tho. That roughing the passer was an atrocious call.

A few things: Beasley is a tremendous asset and just fun to watch While I don’t agree with him not getting a vax this is a subject than can and should be up to debate I’m glad he deleted Twitter - it’s a distraction His lack of field time is likely a game plan not any discipline
