  1. Great plays by Knox (block and release) and Singleterry (TD run). Allen looks off, jumpy.
  2. Edmunds is not showing football instincts today
  3. That is pure speculation.
  4. Hopefully his next opportunity will fall in his lap.
  5. Our psyches need a 36 to 6 blowout and Trubisky kneeling it to end the game and 100 running yards by someone not named Josh Allen and a defensive line that doesn’t give up any 80 yard runs. This is basic mental health here, people.
  6. They’re also Mc-s. AND they grew up in Pennsylvania. INcredible.
  7. One of the reasons I love this board is that so many people avoid hyperbole.
  8. I thought the same thing when I did the math. However, I think the plan was to run up the score early so that the patriots would have to rely on Mac Jones to throw by the third quarter — playing into our hand strategically for three reasons: number one, our good secondary, number two, our questionable run defense and number three, Mac Jones in the wind. That would’ve almost guaranteed a win for us — If we had scored a couple times. That of course never happened. When you break it down further, however, and account for 20 years of repeated history, never ever ever give Bill Belichick any advantage in the fourth quarter.
  9. I’m in favor of the Wilhelm scream.
  10. One route on the route tree is not the reason we’re losing. I am 100% confident the Bills can throw a slant. My flag football QB can throw a slant.
  11. This defense is damn good, albeit a linebacker core that gets pushed back a bit by the power run. You can't do everything at an elite level though. It's crazy to hear so many fans complain about our defense being "soft". It leads the league statistically in so many categories. We are not built for power runs ... yes ... but we are built to stop the big pass plays. Score 15 points and this game would've been won. We literally couldn't score more than 10.
  12. And since we're bashing the guy, his broadcasting skills need a lot of work. Saw him in the pre-game last night. He was talking to his cohorts, and visually seeking affirmation, instead of to the audience. He also was rubbing his face a lot. LOL. But he could get better. I thought Randy Moss was awful his first year. He's downright entertaining - he was the star of the pre-game last night.
  13. This offense does not have the X Factor magic anymore. They need to find it really quick for Tampa Bay. Wow that run by Moss was pathetic
  14. We held them to one touchdown —one—on one big play, with one player (Poyer) overcommitting. This is a solid defense and the best secondary in the league. Yes, the linebackers didn’t have a stellar day but overall they did their job. If we had scored another 14, or even seven, like we should’ve, none of this conversation would even be brought up. it’s near impossible in this league to win when you only score 10 points
  15. Bench Knox and replace with him with ____? No thanks. The one drop wasn't his fault btw. Just a good defensive play.
  16. Diggs is so fun to watch. I agree we should utilize him more. I'd like to see quicker passes to him.
  17. And, yet, if you look at threads of past, people complain that he tries to "outsmart" everyone. This "vanilla" offense was definitely true for last night. Not sure it is for other games this year.
  18. Pre-snap motion: I agree, at least about last night. The play calling seemed incredibly straightforward, with an offense not designed for it. Running the ball straight: Don't think we can TBH. Allen: I agree, its my one knock on him. Our plays take take too long to develop. We have the receivers for quicker release plays.
