we're doomed now!!!
-
The season is not shot!
Big deal,we lost a few games
-
Send them a card and let them know how much you care...
Its too bad when we have to do that!
WE DO have some good players but we seem to only point out the poor ones!
-
Captain Hindsight is that you?
You guys are reading into my thread, I was guilty too. I never blamed anyone, I made the same mistake.
BUT.....I DO BELIEVE THEY DESERVE some LOVE
-
Do you remember before the season many on this board said Kyle Williams was to small for a 3-4 and Steve Johnson should be waived , " he is NOT a #2 starting WR or even a decent backup."
Seems to me alot of people were wrong on both counts.....
Its easy to pound on Chris Kelsey or Aaron Maybin but how about the players that are playing real well?
Oh and by the way, Fitzpatrick took a pounding in the off season as well~
-
That'll work....allow a bunch of bad teams to potentially overpay for good payers who in turn become disgruntled players who don't want to be there...your thoughts on changing contractual hold-outs as well while were at it?
A team would have the right to match, too bad if you don't like your team.....retire!

I agree with APV.......

He's injured, yes. For the last few years, nagging injuries.
Criminal stuff? Just another dude getting involved in drama, nothing hardcore.
One year/long term deal? He doesn't want to be here, so its unlikely he'll return UNLESS we are the only one offering him decent money. That being said, I don't want to give him a long term deal until he is a) healthy and b) playing well.
Not hard to understand.
If he plays well, then there is a market for him, if he is reinjured or plays poorly NO team will be interested!

Not sure about some of you guys but I find the comments by fans on Shawn Merriman hilarious today.
To many......
He is an injured juiced up steriod criminal waived player, totally worthless ....yet the same fans are desperate for a long term new deal!
"Oh he'll only be here for one year....then he is gone"
If he is totally worthless, where do you think he will go?
-
-
Dallas is much worse then Buffalo....bad chemistry of players, coaches
-
The Biggest interest was from the Ravens
-
Cheaper then Maybin. And Merriman has just as many sacks for the Bills as Maybin

Here we go!
Maybe he is not a has been as some of you claim~
4PM Buddy??
-
I would think Buddy Nix might have an 'in' with A.J. Smith, no?
I think he has some flys but I am not sure about the recent injury
-
Buffalo would have to pay 1.7-1.8 mil to sign him!

BRING HIM IN....BRING HIM IN....BRING HIM IN...yea
-
The guy is 26 years old, he is not done. The Chargers don't want to gamble on a new deal.
Bring him in, physical, then make a dicission
-
This is a future leader of the defense.
No brainer, even if he has to sit out the year to become 100%
-
You guys that say he is through are going to be pissed when another team after Buffalo claims him. Like the Patriots!
-
I am new to the board and I find it hard to believe the answer would not be "9"
With all the talk about not wanting Randy Moss because he MIGHT screw up are chance at the #1 selection in the draft. I just had to ask the question?
Well....I need to know? Try to be honest!
How many games do you want the Bills to win?
If you answer is less then 9, No Christams card for you!
-
So let me get this straight, you didn't think the Bills had a chance to win till this weekend?
-
I think you have a good LB there. Give him time!

I see a black ball by owners and a tough time getting into the Hall of Fame.

Oh my god, I saw the same observation in 1969 when Larry Felser said O.J. should be switched to WR.
Well, OJ went on to become the leagues best RB.
