I dont know why I punished myself by watching that garbage for 3 quarters. But I tapped out before the 4th. I thought Stafford maybe might be having a revival of his career, but last night made him look washed.

Stafford makes Rob Johnson look elusive to a pass rush.

I just cringe seeing Tua get hit. I literally think a hard hit might kill him. Why is he still playing?

What a mess this game is!

OMG are the Rams looking useless tonight on offense.

Epic game with great plays but so sloppy. Very entertaining for the neutral fan! Gough threw 5 picks and won! Detroit definitely are fun to watch but vulnerable. Houston? Get in Stroud's face with pressure and watch the bad decisions unfold. Only negative is Collinsworth and the whole Sunday night studio crew are just insufferable with their non stop nauseating sugar coating of every player as the world's greatest man (on the field or off).

NFL officiating is broken. How do we fix it?
Livinginthepast replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall
The missed call on Burrow on the literally the most important Play of the game last night was absolutely inexcusable. Any other player on the field it might be understandable but the guy with the ball and you miss that? That's about the 4th or 5th horribly missed call this year. The league needs to get their heads out their a** and really do something. -

I think it would be quite easy to fix a big portion of the problem by doing: 1. A coaches challenge on penalty calls or non calls. Only 1 allowed per half. Lose the challenge then lose a Time out. 2. Use the eye in the sky to automatically review big calls in the game and get them right. If a bogus holding call is made that never happened or a severe facemask (like Darnold's) is uncalled. Then buzz the referee and tell him to review and overturn the call if necessary. The game has become way to fast for these officials and most of the calls are guessing. I'm surprised that they even get it right as often as they do tbh. One other factor is that in the past there were less teams and less officiating crews. I am sure that has watered down the quality as well.
