Have you ever seen a penalty called for this? Unsportsmanlike conduct is a wide spectrum and pretty arbitrary at times but I have never seen this called in 46 years of watching the NFL. I can imagine that there is a lot of trash talking at the line, how would the refs even hear it?

Its cheating that the defense might mimic Hurts? Ridiculous. Did the refs call an unsportsmanlike penalty when Tom Brady used to use the phrase "Rex Ryan" at the line in his cadence? LOL.

Good point about Manning. He was excellent in 2013 (at age 37!!) when they lost to Wilson in the SB but man did he go over a cliff in the final season where his arm strength and accuracy were terrible and the injuries finished him off.

Tom Brady's career ruined the paradigm for what we thought a Qb's career should be. Before Brady a Qb was often completely done by their mid 30s, but then came Brady and also Drew Brees pushing 40 and beyond. You could even add Rodgers (although fading fast) to that list. Wilson was done when he first got to Denver. Now 36 , he looks just like those great QBs of the 70s and 80s by this stage. Jim Kelly was a shadow of his greatness when he called it quits at 36. I don't what the Giants thought they were getting making Wilson the starter. Did they not watch any film from the last 2 years?

Lions did a great job last night on both sides of the ball. Defense made Lamar look like a stupid rookie. Offense looked like they hadnt skipped a beat since Johnson left. That pitch out on the TD is the type of play that I wish we would run once in a while. Also great to see the Ravens crumble not only because it helps us but because it proves once again how bogus the Ravens hype was before the season. So many NFL pundits are completely clueless and a lot just tow the hype line. They look like fools today.

When was the last time that a team blocked two FGs in a game? Philadelphia played just well enough to win and got some soft calls and non calls from the refs. Scarily I saw a lot of calls go the Eagles way that were almost Chiefs like. The SB champ really does get a lot of calls the season following their triumph.

I dont know why in those iffy situations the coaches on the Bills dont get a player to feign an injury so they get more time to look at it. If McD has a dude helping him with challenges up in the booth, then that guy should buzz McD and tell him to get a player to delay, fake a cramp or something while they have a 2nd look at it. Its seems like a no brainer. Yet that didnt happen last night. I can understand McD's reticence to waste a challenge that early but I dont think he was even aware that the catch by Hill wasnt in bounds. Possibly because the Challenge dude was asleep?

He had one great vintage Tre play in the first half when he knocked down a pass but other than that Tre was often well out of position and slow. It may not have been a problem had we gotten any semblance of a pass rush but Tua had all day to throw. What really infuriates me is the glacier like slowness that the Bills make adjustments on defense. No changes to the pass rush, no changes to the coverages. Tua looked really comfortable in making his reads like he was in practice. I really dont get zone coverage when each member of the zone defense is so far off the ball (and so slow) that they cannot make get a finger on the targeted receiver. I noticed that Babbich at least attempted to get more men right to the line to jam the receivers on some plays later on the game after that ridiculously easy 2nd Miami TD but due to the slowness of the Bills Dbs, they often got left in the dust.

Saw Epenesa shoving some Miami player on the kickoff in the first quarter for a penalty and that was the last time I noticed him.
