  1. Good to know that building a culture was more important than winning in a sport where all that matters is wins.
  2. I don’t understand this belief that we are going to get any top end free agents. We are not the only team with cap space going into next year and we are by far the worst destination. We are not playing elite defenses. We are playing defenses that other teams score at will on. It can’t get any worse than what we currently have, so give someone else a chance.
  3. A moral victory does not show up in the standings. It’s not like we are playing elite defenses. If you think we score a touchdown next week you better think again.
  4. Why would any receiver come to Buffalo by choice?
  5. Exactly. Defenses no longer win in the NFL. McDermott would make a good D Coordinator but is over his head as an NFL head coach.
  6. And if this continues I would fire McDermott at the end of the season because it honestly cannot get any worse. No quality free agent, especially on offense, is going to sign in Buffalo.
  7. You can’t fire the entire offense. That dumpster fire of an offense is Beane and McDermott’s fault. Someone has to take the hit for not scoring a touchdown over 14 quarters and fielding the worst offense of the modern era.
  8. At least that pick 6 helped my fantasy team. Fire Daboll.
  9. So far two observations....1) McCoy is done, Ivory is the better back for this offense and 2) Daboll is too conservative for this team to be successful, he needs to be fired.
  10. At least take some time off the clock. Daboll sucks.
  11. Wait...are you putting the Bills on the same level with the Bears and Chiefs? Yeah, you are right...they aren't blowing away elite teams, but don't mistake this historically bad team for elite.
  12. There is no way we win this game. I know I have said that a couple of times, especially prior to the Minnesota game, but Tom Brady is dialed in and the Patriots are running on all cylinders. Belichick will want to put us down. Brady will want to put us down. The Pats defense will get to Anderson. I love the Bills and will be a fan til the day I die, but these next two weeks are not going to be pretty. What does it say about the makeup of the Bills if they are unable to recover from a single turnover against a 1-5 team?
  13. The rebuild certainly had to happen, but the way this year is going, especially when it comes to the Quarterback situation, is going to put off a lot of potential free agents. The Bills are not the only team with a lot of cap room, but they certainly present the worst possible destination, especially if those free agents are looking to win or make a name for themselves (particularly on the offense). McDermott's tenure as head coach will end after next season because he and Beane have spent too much time building a culture based on attitude and not one base on winning.
  14. I laughed so hard at the taco pic next to McDermott. A great reflection of the type of season we are having.
  15. Exactly....we may have the pleasure of seeing the worst stretch of performances by an offense in NFL history.
  16. With the total inexperience of Peterman and Allen, they should have carried three quarterbacks. If they truly wanted Allen to sit, they should have carried three quarterbacks.
  17. I would draft Bosa hands down but I worry that because of Bosa's decision, I don't think McDermott would consider him based on character. I know we have a lot of cap space...but other teams have money too. I don't think that McDermott and Beane have done enough to ensure that Buffalo is an attractive landing spot for top UFAs. Their inability to put an NFL offense on the field, much less a NFL-caliber quarterback, has done a lot to hurt the Bills chances despite having money.
  18. Since they value character over talent, I guarantee they don't take anyone that makes an impact in the NFL.
  19. They drafted him under the understanding that they would teach him to read a defense. They have not accomplished that goal. Nor have they built the game plan that allows him to grow. They play it safe and vanilla because that is all McDermott and Dabol are capable of doing. If this kid washes out of the NFL, it is their fault.
  20. Luck may not hang 350 and 4 on us, but he won't need to when we trot either Anderson or Peterman out on the field.
  21. You know that the "process" is not going to end with a competitive football team. That dream ended when they decided Nate Peterman was the starter. All it ends with is another coaching search and a mishandled 2019 draft class.
  22. Every other starting quarterback in the NFL has better stats that Allen this year. You could argue that Allen is more talented than some of those quarterbacks. The problem is coaching and game planning. McDermott and staff are over their heads when it comes to building a NFL caliber offense.
  23. As long as Allen is out, McDermott is going to put Peterman on the field. He values "culture" more than talent and regardless of on the field capability, Peterman represents everything off the field he loves in a player. That is more important to McDermott than anything else, or we would have a lot more talent on this team.
  24. You all realize that all of the things you are praising Josh Allen for doing are the exact same things we railed on Tyrod Taylor for doing, right?
