  1. ....and has 4th string WR's on the field because "tender foot" can't play.
  2. Bad flight. Warm cocktails on plane. Guys decide to play Risk all night. Dareus takes over Siberia and Tyrod gets upset. Goes to bed at 4am. Bad breakfast at the hotel because the "do it yourself" waffle iron is out of order. Richie is upset and calls management. There's a scuffle. Team is late to the field. Shaq slips on a puddle of orange juice. Not a good day. Fish 31 Bills 10
  3. Pretty sure there's a waiting period of three weeks before that decision has to be made.
  4. I know the exemption had to do with the population and demographics of Buffalo vs. other big cities. I recall news stories about how he was trying to decide if he would sell the Sabres at the time and Jacobs was a suitor for buying the Sabres (once again, because his ownership of the Bruins fell outside the population and demographics exemption)
  5. Jacobs doesn't own the Patriots...Bob Kraft does.
  6. I think you were right the first time. It's an anti trust issue (federal regulation) that has trickled down into the NFL By Laws as I recall.
  7. Jacobs couldn't buy the Bills because he didn't have the backing of the City of Hamilton, ONT. Once Pegula made his pitch to Hamilton, the league approved T Pegs offer. A backroom deal was made that permitted his ownership of both the Sabres and Bills even though they are within a 200 mile radius of Toronto.
  8. ..and the water boy in the red shirt. Shoot...everyone is healthy.
  9. So is Felton it appears.
  10. Seriously...if we have a surplus in one game, put them in a lockbox.
  11. The oil well has to be 100 yds from the lake as per DEC regs.
  12. Last time I checked a "drop kick" is still allowed in the NFL. The OP is suggesting just that.
  13. Great article. Kind of surprised the reporter didn't ask him how he got around the ban on owning two professional franchises in the same city.
  14. Sammy's injury and placement on IR was attributable to pain tolerance (it was confirmed that he couldn't do any more damage to the foot). So he was unable to cope with the pain. The OP may have a point (unlike Rothlisburger who has a torn meniscus, Hoyer with broken arm, etc. more serious injuries). Dareus is...well, he's Dareus. He can't play because he needs to get himself back into game shape (did you seriously expect him to workout over those 4 weeks?) I think Shady is taking it easy...he had himself a career game (3 TD's)...he's relaxing the legs for the week.
  15. How the hell will you know if someone is a Whaley hater or supporter?? Do you have a Composition Notebook with ledgers, checkmarks and dates of "mean posts"??
  16. I've said this before (and no, I'm not implying Worthy is a better player than Dareus) but let's hope when Puff Daddy comes back the chemistry on this team isn't all !@#$ed up...because it looks to me like these "no names" are having fun (and getting the job done).
  17. Guys. I have a friend who makes $3,435/wk working at home on hamstrings. It''s a proprietary method. Email me for more details.
  18. Looks like he just stubbed his toe?? Is he ok?
  19. I second that emotion. All without Dareus?? Hmmmm Not if they have a lot of money left over when Gilmore walks
  20. Bills Key Loss: Nickell Robey Coleman. The kid is a "deranged squirrel". (Can't use rhino because that was "Snacks")
  21. I don't root for injuries...but yes, I hope Pittsburgh plays a "physical" game
