  1. The extrapolation theory only applies to Kyle Orton really. There are other QB's who have several years on the team and we have a larger body of work to analyze. Since Orton was the field general for one season, we have to extrapolate based on that one year but in conjunction with his prior years in the NFL and his college career. After taking all numbers into consideration and projecting (extrapolating) for the four games he missed while we coddled EJ, his career would have been Wall Worthy no doubt.
  2. Hey Westie. Its been about three years now as I recall (my Dad was sick when your wife was also). Youre a solid guy and Im hoping your kids are there for you as well. Pretty sure they are. So tough. Again very sorry for your loss. A spouse is a best friend. Were all here for you and you can message us anytime. Want to meet up at a game some time? Would really like to sit and have a beer (or two) with you. Keep going forward pal but keep those memories with you...thats the best part.
  3. Looks like a Ford pickup truck. Makes sense.
  4. I just read that its Ralph Wilsons birthday and I thank him for bringing the team to Buffalo. But others have said (above) that Pat McGroder brought pro football to Buffalo and for that he deserves recognition on Wall of Fame. Needless to say, Im confused. If Ralph brought pro football to Buffalo, then Pat McGroder wasnt integral to our franchise or the wall. Yet Kyle Orton, who gave us a glimmer of hope during a dark era of franchise playoff famine, does not qualify? Smh
  5. I thought Pat McGroder was responsible for bringing pro football to Buffalo?? When is his birthday? #kowof
  6. Yes. That's the thing. He has no fear...nothing to lose. Whereas, Tyrod is soooo conservative with the ball. Bad things mannnn, bad things.
  7. 1) Capricious and erratic enforcement of rules by officials makes many of these "primetime games" unwatchable 2) The "average Joe" is turned off by players making $20 million per season who sit out because they have a sore ankle or tummy ache 3) The protests turned some people off 4) The announcers typically suck balls...everything is over-analyzed in a politically correct way and done so as not to offend the Patriots 5) Far too many commercials 6) Commercialization of the product (beer, cleats, towels, underwear, gloves, golf carts, headphones, etc). 7) Parity But yeah, I still watch it when nothing else is on.
  8. I thought he threw for 300 yds in the Jets game last year alone. Then add the Houston game and the Titans game...I think that number is low.
  9. Just so you guys know, Frank Reich (white) beat Warren Moon (black) in the Greatest Comeback game. Reich and Marv Levy were clearly racist for doing so...as was Beebe, Andre Reed (3 TDs) and the other 20 Bills playing that day. I read a lot of news articles after that victory and almost all of them blamed the loss on Moons skin color. IIRC
  10. Andy Reid sending a message. #tashardchoice #neverforget
  11. Have fun fellas. See you at Raiders game
  12. Definitely. All 3 are winnable this year. McDermott needs to have these guys ready.
  13. Sprained AC joint in throwing shoulder.
  14. Personal reasons = he scored three coupons for China King buffet?
  15. Winston: Bum shoulder, 27 Wunderlic, weakness for seafood Fitz: Rested, ready and relaxed, 67 on Wunderlic, Harvard grad, wedding ring on hand for better grip on ball, aerodynamic chin beard I think you see my point.
  16. There is a pretty strong argument that Fitz is basically still a rookie. He has fire in his belly.
  17. QB to Oline height ratio would be a +1 which is better than a +6 as we are currently constituted.
  18. Boobie is a perfect o lineman. Shorter, squattier, nice center of gravity, longish arms, shifty hips, nice smile. Give him a shot.
  19. If the Wall is so special, why do we have an old school, front office fella named Pat McGroder on there considering he didn't throw for 4000+ extrapolated yards, 28 extrapolated TD's and garner the support and love of a community for bringing winning football back to our beloved city. People walked around the city with their heads a little higher, their clothing always had some hint of blue or white in it...I even saw tv news spots showing kids sliding with the football in their front yards, getting up and giving their buddies high fives. If you research it further, #18 was one of the most popular number selections in both high school football and field hockey. So who had a greater impact on Bills football and the community as a whole?? I think the above stats speak for themselves.
  20. I forgot about the Houston game...friggin Fitz is a Bills killer. Bring on Jameis
