  1. LOL. Awesome. I see what you did there (re. the Sammy argument about not having a full preseason with Goff) and its perfect.
  2. Unbelievably bad choice for a pass.
  3. Hes an entitled, arrogant, superstar, piece of shiiit, and to ask another team to acquire him (while playing for the Bills) is bush league. Ive never seen this story before from Finley but this basically tells me hes a douche.
  4. Where am I on my predictions? I think I have 4 of 10 so far?
  5. So far Ive hit #2, 3, 5 and 11...still have time. Hes appealing so I may hit the Superfecta early next week.
  6. Some days I really think Roger has his head up his ass.
  7. I invited you into my thread, my home, my sanctuary and you speak to me like that? Next thing you'll suggest is that I link only free content. Maybe I should rank the recipes best to worst so you have an easier time scrolling through?
  8. I'm pretty much in this boat. There's a chance...a chance we traded away a super star/elite WR. But the probabilities are that we traded an above average WR for another above average CB and a second round pick while not having the burden of a hefty, elite WR contract next year had we kept him. Either that, or he walks and we stand there with our dicks hanging out of our pants. I'm good with what our new FO did.
  9. It really is a great dough...much better than the store brand. Try the deep dish thing when you have a chance. Nice change of pace.
  10. https://blog.kingarthurflour.com/2015/01/05/best-pizza-youll-ever-make/ No knead dough/24 hour dough. Jauronimo linked it above. Came out great but mine didn't rise as well as I hoped...my kitchen was cool last week.
  11. Made these last week. The crust was excellent...really good. My sauce tasted real good (just crushed the San Marzanos, added a little olive oil and a little salt. But my sauce was watery. Next time I may use some San Marzanos and two Tbsp of tomato paste to thicken it up a little. Really tasty though. I used fresh sliced mozzarella and some crumbled sausage from local butcher and just cheese on the other one. Highly recommend the 24 hour recipe. So last night I bought one of those pizza crusts at Hannaford (not the Hannaford brand but the other one). I searched "chicago style pizza in cast iron skillet" and Food Network had a recipe. I put butter in bottom of cast iron, stretched dough out thin and brought it up the sides, pinched it in tight. Put sausage and pepperoni in bottom, then layered provolone and shredded mozz on top of meat. Then added own sauce, then sprinkled grated romano cheese and sprinkled oregano on top, and drizzled a little olive oil. Baked at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until crust on edge was browned. Amazing!!! Really tasty.
  12. That's the point...it did happen to a ref. Doesn't matter what his intent was with respect to another player (if someone was to argue he didn't know there was a ref close by)
  13. Yes. You said it better and in fewer words.
  14. Ever hear of transferred intent?
  15. That's the problem as I see it. First it's a misdirected push (Oops, didn't know that was a ref, sorry), then it's a harder shove where the ref falls to the ground (Oops, still didn't know that was a ref...heat of battle and all that), then i's a swing that accidentally connects with a ref (Hey, I was swinging at that guy and sorry I hit a ref). Are we going to judge every physical interaction with a ref based on this incident? Watch for super arbitrary suspensions or fines in the future based on the degree of contact with a ref. The easier solution should be "ANY contact with a ref, intended, unintended, or accidental, in the midst of a personal foul/fight should result in a 4 game suspension." That way players won't put themselves in that situation.
  16. Let me guess...you still believe the earth is round?
  17. So that's #3 and #11 basically. Although he wasn't going out on the field to help his own QB who was hit...he was going out to help his "cousin" who hit his QB. Makes sense.
  18. Ouch!! Thats gonna hurt. This will send a clear message to any other players making $10 million per year not to enter the field or push refs.
  19. Nothing involving the NFL goes that simple.
  20. Heres how this plays out: 1) Marshawn and Jack Del Rio have a joint news conference apologizing for his actions 2) Roger suspends Lynch for 2 games for leaving sideline and pushing ref 3) Twitter explodes with comments about how it was an innocent shove, heat of battle, etc. 4) Richard Sherman vows he will sew a #24 on his uniform this Sunday 5) Lynch files appeal through NFLPA 6) The appeal wont be heard until next week so Lynch and NFLPA file for restraining order with Circuit Court 7) Facebook erupts with memes showing it was only an innocent shove and gifs demonstrating how Lynch really didnt see the ref (Look, there...he wasnt even looking at the ref) 8) The Circuit Court grants injunctive relief so Lynch can still play 9) Roger files with Circuit Court of Appeals to reinstate 2 game suspension 10) NFLPA takes deposition of ref saying he wasnt injured and really didnt mean to throw the flag 11) Lynch is featured on a 30 for 30 piece explaining how his upbringing made him want to go out and help his team mate so his leaving the sideline should be excused 12) NFLPA asks for new rule change that allows high profile players to assist team mates when extra help is deemed necessary on Primetime games. 13) Roger agrees to rule change so long as Lynch is suspended one game after the Bills game. 14) NFL Owners ask for more introductions like the one on Thurday that preached Time to Hate before the game 15) Lynch plays in the Bills game and rushes for 38 yards on 6 carries.
  21. Sorry. I thought I read how if you owned TBD you wouldnt be upset with consumer (freeloader) feedback. Which this owner clearly isnt. My bad.
