I wonder what some member's resolutions will be...guys like DC Tom, ShadyBillsFan, Gugny and Dunkirk Don probably have some really interesting resolutions that will guide them during 2018. My resolution: I will learn a new hobby like calf roping or barefoot mountain climbing with no safety lines.

Hot? No, but they are extremely pleasant and accommodating to clients/customers, so that goes a long way in my bidness. That's a good thing to keep doing. The support staff appreciates it I bet. When I opened my own shop, I started a SIMPLE IRA and the ladies contribute to it and I match their contributions at the end of the year (by April 15). It's not huge, but in addition to their Christmas bonus, it's extra money they didn't have to work for. I treat them well and pretty flexible with personal days/vacations, and they keep things running when I leave for a vacation or go fishing for asian carp.

I have two secretaries/assistants who basically run my office. They are pleasant, cordial, professional and good people. I gave them each a nice Christmas bonus. They deserved it for working with me.

We had the PS2 and PS3, then when it was time to get the updated system (every 4 or 5 yrs it seems), my son wanted the XBox. It has taken some getting used to with the controller, but it’s every bit the machine we need. Great graphics, sound, a lot of people online to find matches. As you may know, I’ve been playing Call of Duty WW2 and it is really a great escape after work. Plain old fun. If you get the XBox version, message me and I’ll add you to the other XBox users. As for technical info....I have no friggin clue. Lol

I enjoy a few XBox games here and there, but this is crazy stuff. After watching a few YouTube vids of “professional gamers” who were bragging about being up for 24 hrs straight, I came to the realization that I’ll never be good enough to stay up all night. Let me blow a few things up and I’m cool with it.
