Funny, I made mention of this in my work place not to long ago. A few coworkers have two teams , or a soft spot as you said. Me, I'm BUFFALO BILLS all day every day! No other team at all! Bills Nation to the death! Sure the bills are bottom feeders, but they get respect at my job because I rep them so much and so hard. So whenever my coworkers address me, they don't call me Q. They just shout out Bills Nation.

You're absolutely correct!!! I was preaching that all last year. They are WEAK! That's why the dline can't maintain gap control because they're pushed off the ball and out the way. Its not just getting off blocks, but being blocked completely by olines. And yes we need to be huge up front. That's were it all starts for an effective 34d

I want phil taylor in the second. I hope he doesn't go to the jets. If he pans out like I think he will, we'll have to see him twice a season.

On the contrary, he is better than what we have because HE IS A SPACE EATING, TWO-GAPPER TRUE NT! Miami's run D was ranked 5th in the AFC and 7th in the NFL. He played a major part in that. And we were ranked dead last! Sure KW can penetrate, but he can not take up two gaps and hold the line so our LBs could make plays.

Bills need to make this happen! I remember Gailey liking how Soliai played and payed compliments to him! It was after our second game with the phins. We couldn't run up the middle thanks to this guy. So how bad does nix want to upgrade our D? Imo, this is a perfect opportunity. And yes it does give us other options in the draft.

I wouldn't have a problem with VM. I just think we should trade back and get him. Because there are questions concerning his size, why not add another pick along with him. I like the combo of Phil Taylor and VM. If we can get an extra 2nd round pick, we might have a shot at this combo. I also look at playing cut throat. We wouldn't want anyone alse in our division to grab him. Just my way of thinking.

The D we'll run is a hybrid. Base 34 with 43 fronts at times! Stroud should be gone along with a few others. We really should go dline to make either scheme effective. If we could address any two positions in Fa, that would really give us options in the draft! Soliai would be my first choice and if not the bills better plan on getting Phil Taylor from baylor. IMO, if the bills want to make a playoff run this year, they should make the nessecary moves. Even if they have a game plan to follow, they can upgrade it along the way.

Astrobot, I usually agree with your mocks, but we need more ILBs. We can't assume we'll get any in FA. And why an OG? We have good depth at that position! I want Phil Taylor!

Well Astrobot, I'm glad you have time on your hands. This gives me something to read. I really think we need more inside lb's tho.

And that's the problem, mid level players. We have a roster full of them. We need solid impact starters. We have depth in places and that's all we have. We need STUDS!

I would like to see the bills address any two positions wether it is rt, dt lb....whatever!! In doing that, it basicly gives us more options in the draft. AND NO BS!! We need to grab solid impact starters such as harris or soliai. I hope Nix is awake at the start of FA this time and really make some power moves.

We will continue to run a hybrid. So looking at the draft and us having the third pick, perhaps we should grab the most versatile dlineman. Imo that's Dareus. We also need a massive two gap nt for our 34 front. But no matter who we draft, they have to be big and strong. KW is a beast, but he is not a true 34 nt like wilfork, hampton, and the miami guy. We use KW on passing downs perhaps. Now some may bring up Ratliff and his size, but he is not a two gapper either. He plays his part extremely well. But he has good linebackers that do their job and make it all come together. So with that dt, lb, rt, te, cb, lb, lb,lb lb......get my drift?
